Human resource management plays an important in ensuring
efficiency of working in a business firm. It develops and enables
efforts of the employees working in an organization towards
completion of organizational goals effectively. In addition to
this there are various other task that are performed by human
resource department of a business firm which includes
motivating their employees for extracting best of their output.

Emerging HR development
Workforce behavior and culture: Human resource department
enables conduction of various operations of a business firm to build up of
good working environment and maintains positive attitude of it's
employees towards various plans and policies formulated by higher
authorities.
Work life balance: The human resource department of a business firm
establishes work life balances and enables individual working in an

HR of a firm to convery it's operational activities effectively. Which also
