In accordance with the said motives of the company, it can be said that there are
requirement that the company will face in terms of sourcing the workforce that will help the
organization sustain the operational activities. The trends in the industry suggest that the industry
is growing at rapid rates. Thus, it can be said that the trends in terms of employment in the
company is likely to gain favorable nature of outcomes as a result of which the company is likely
to succeed in terms of development of a workforce at ease. Thus, it can be said that Easy Wash is
likely to have an easy time in terms of referring to the needs that are associated with fulfilling the
vacancies in the company. Hence, the following requirement are being passed from the part of
the Human Resources Department of the Easy Wash.
The main requirements that is needed to be complied with in accordance with the
requirements of Easy Wash are to satiate the needs of the company in terms of management of
the vacancies that have been detected in the company. Apart from the owners of the company, it
has been found that the organization is experiencing challenges as a result of vacancies in 3
posts. Out of the 3 posts that have been detected, 2 post are to be fulfilled on a full-time basis and
1 role is to be fulfilled on a part-time basis. The roles that are to be assigned are; one
maintenance car wash maintenance official, a cleaner on part time basis and a car wash operator.
Fulfillment of the said roles would ensure that the operation of the car wash are being carried out
in an effective manner.
The benefits that are provided to an employee is one of the key factors that determine the
sustainability of the employees in an organization (Budd, 2017). The remuneration and
allowances that an employee is being subject to determines the effectiveness of the organization
in attracting candidate towards an organization. Hence, Easy Wash needs to establish an
understanding regarding the favorable remuneration that is prevalent in the country. The

management of the company believes in fair remuneration and equality. Hence, regardless of the
fact that the roles that are being fulfilled are blue collar roles, the company will pay the
employees at the rate of $ 14.3/ hour. Both the part time and the full time would be subject to the
same remuneration. Furthermore, it allowances have been planned by the company. The
employees will be subject to CPP and two planned vacation per year. Furthermore, it can be said
that the employee are subject to 3 paid sick leaves per year. The employees are also subject to
allowances in terms of health and safety related insurances. The insurance would be provided by
AXA life insurance.
On a concluding note, it can be said that the vacancies in the company can be fulfilled
with the above mentioned posts and would be supported by viable remuneration and allowances.
