company skills are most important to providing best services to customers and work

Maslow's hierarchy of needs
This theory is found by Abraham Maslow, used for motivate people with five categories of
needs; physiological, safety, love, esteem and self actualization.
Physiological needs: It is under basic needs such as daily needs for life or life cycle like,
water, food, rest and warmth. In Tesco plc. Context , they provide allowance for basic things such
as for food, travel, rent and also provide paid leaves for rest and they have limited working hours
