INTRODUCTION
The structure of human right treaty bodies is a committee of independent practitioners that
evaluates and monitors the enforcement of the key multinational Human Rights treaties. Every
state party to a Treaty has a duty to take the necessary steps to ensure that everybody in the state
has access to the rights and responsibilities established by the Treaty They were founded by a
United Nations resolution of principles, whose duty and authority are derived from the United
Nations charter. The most successful Human Rights security is established by the UN treaty-
based structure or UN charter-based process, as explained in this study. (Chainoglou, 2019). This
Report also going to explain about the UN charter based bodies and un trade based system and
which are the most amended for the Human Rights so that they can feed more free and enjoy
their every rights and responsibility.
MAIN BODY
HUMAN RIGHTS TREATY BODIES
Human Rights Treaty Bodies are a group of independent experts who assist people and
examine how their human rights are being implemented. Human rights and steps, in short, ensure
that everybody in the country enjoys their treaty-guaranteed rights. The International Court of
Justice, Trusteeship Council, Security Council, Economic and Social Council, and General
Assembly are the main bodies of the United Nations. When the UN was founded in 1945, both of
these bodies were created by the UN charter. There are nine international treaties on human
rights, from which ten bodies have been created. The treaty bodies are created by an independent
expert in order to recognise human rights competency. There are 7 core International human
rights treaties which are monitor and implement by them and which are mentioned below:
 Human Rights committee HRC
 Committee on migrant workers
 Committee on the rights of the child
 Committee against torture
 Committee on the elimination of discrimination against women
 Committee on the elimination of racial discrimination
 Committee on economic social and cultural rights
The Human Rights bodies are working to provide the best possible assistance to various
Human Rights in order to track the UN system's mechanisms. The majority of these bodies
and Human Rights obtain funding from human rights authorities and a fairly division of the
office for the protection of human rights. There are currently various Civil Liberties Treaty
bodies that are developed by experts. (Jez, 2019). The basic international human rights are
monitored by nine bodies, while the prevention of torture is monitored by the tenth. These

kinds of human rights are developed under the optional protocol in order to keep track of
how the Treaty bodies are developing in accordance with the Treaty's provisions.
They assist treaty bodies in their work by assisting them in harmonising their operating
principles and specifications in order to make them more competitive. Individuals with
human rights are helped by human rights treaty bodies to feel free in order to live in the
country and they have the freedom to live their lives without fear of destruction or hesitation.
Is they have right to take action against any torture also they have right to eliminate and
discriminate against the women or any racial discrimination. They have rights to give their
opinion and live their life accordingly (Karamanian, 2017). Committee provides every rights
of the child and every right on migrant workers so that any parents or anybody cannot force
them to do anything without the permission. So these human rights are very helpful for them
in order to live their life very freely.
CHARTER BASED BODIES
The mechanisms developed by the Commission on Human Rights and assumed by the Human
Rights Council to resolve specific country situations or thematic issues in all parts of the world
are known as Special Procedures.The human rights council and tribunal on human rights, among
others, are charter bodies. The Human Rights Council, which succeeded the Human Rights
Commission, met for the first time on June 19, 2006. The Charter-based bodies assist human
rights council meetings by taking notes and providing information. These special processes are
carried out in order to analyse, monitor, and advise on the human rights implications in specific
countries and territories. Everyone present their conclusions and suggestions to the Human
Rights Council, and several also report to the General Assembly. Since they can resolve
problems in all parts of the world without requiring countries to have ratified a human rights
instrument, they are sometimes the only tool that can alert the international community to such
human rights concerns.The following are a few charter-based bodies:

The Charter-based Council is distinct from the OSCHR. These have their origins in the various
mandates issued by the General Assembly. OSCHR provides assistance for Human Rights
Council meetings in order to take several follow-ups and track the Human Rights Council.

developed by them. Also charter based bodies are also very effective for human rights because as
they are developed by the government authorities and human rights council in order to take
appropriate action on the human rights council or special procedure of the human rights council
(Tyson, 2018). The Charter based bodies are help them to analyze monitor and modify the
human right consequences according to the different specific Nation and territories. Charter
based bodies help them to conduct meeting for the Human Rights so that they can take several
kinds of followers which is related to the human rights modification and any consequences. So
they both are very effective in order to take care of the humans and their right so that they can
feel free and enjoy their every right right without any hesitation and fear.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been analyzed at charter based Council and
human rights treaties both are very effective for the Human Rights because if they both are
developed by the government authority and professional in order to betterment for the human
rights and they can enjoy their rights. There is several rights in councils which are developed by
them in order to make some procedure on the human rights council and make and develop every
rights against torture and on the rights of the child on migrant workers and social and cultural
rights in many more. So according to the above mentioned analysis they both are doing very well
and provide their support so that everybody can enjoy their rights and feel free in order to stay in
the country or any state without any interaction and fear.
