INTRODUCTION
The structure of human right treaty bodies is a committee of independent practitioners that
evaluates and monitors the enforcement of the key multinational Human Rights treaties. Every
state party to a Treaty has a duty to take the necessary steps to ensure that everybody in the state
has access to the rights and responsibilities established by the Treaty They were founded by a
United Nations resolution of principles, whose duty and authority are derived from the United
Nations charter. The most successful Human Rights security is established by the UN treaty-
based structure or UN charter-based process, as explained in this study. (Chainoglou, 2019). This
Report also going to explain about the UN charter based bodies and un trade based system and
which are the most amended for the Human Rights so that they can feed more free and enjoy
their every rights and responsibility.

HUMAN RIGHTS TREATY BODIES
Human Rights Treaty Bodies are a group of independent experts who assist people and
examine how their human rights are being implemented. Human rights and steps, in short, ensure
that everybody in the country enjoys their treaty-guaranteed rights. The International Court of
Justice, Trusteeship Council, Security Council, Economic and Social Council, and General
Assembly are the main bodies of the United Nations. When the UN was founded in 1945, both of
these bodies were created by the UN charter. There are nine international treaties on human
rights, from which ten bodies have been created. The treaty bodies are created by an independent
expert in order to recognise human rights competency. There are 7 core International human
rights treaties which are monitor and implement by them and which are mentioned below:

Committee on the rights of the child

Committee on the elimination of discrimination against women
Committee on the elimination of racial discrimination
