INTRODUCTION
Human rights is the basic rights which organization has to make they are able to fulfil
through their strategies by which they can make sure that they are able to fulfil which will
provide high level of customer satisfaction but if company fails to fulfil this then it has to face
negative impact of lawsuits. In depth analysis of professional practices is done in this report with
the evaluation of core elements which are operated in professional ways. Development of CPD
plan is also done in this report for in depth analysis of professional practices.

Part A-
Introduction to human rights -
Organizations have to make sure that they are able full fill all the human rights because human
rights are being governed by the global society and therefore local as well as multinational
organizations have to fulfil these criteria’s by which it can provide a sense of safety and security
feel from its products or services to the end customer by which customer’s engagement with
company can be increased (Hennegan, 2017).
Positive and negative impact on company-
Organizations have to make sure that it is able to fulfil human rights at within the
company in form of employees and also outside the company in form of customers and because
of which complexities are increased. But by fulfilment of these factors company can increase
their loyalty and engagement with the company which will increase the chances of goal
achievement.

can be achieved because they evaluate the organizational working and make sure that all the
