INTRODUCTION
Law involves the system of different rules and regulations which a country and the
people living in it need to follow in any condition. This is very necessary for the reason that in
case the laws will not be used and complied then it will be affecting the working of the whole
country to a great extent. in case the laws will not be followed then it will be affecting the
efficiency of the business and people to a great extent. The compliance with law is very
necessary as when the working of the company or the person will be with the law then it will
improve the efficiency of the business. the current report will outline the analysis of the fact that
whether economic and social are human rights or not.
LITERAUTRE REVIEW
In the views of Vázquez and Ortiz (2020) the human rights are being defined as the
legislation which outlines the rights and freedom which need to be providing the people living
within the country. The human rights are very important for the country to make as this will
increase the interest of people living within the country. In case the human within the country
will not be provided proper rights to live and work then this might affect the people living within
the country. The human rights are very important to be followed by each of the country because
of the reason that these rights assist other to ensure that no person is being discriminated and
every person is provided with equal rights to live within the society. Also, this human right is the
one which provides a base to the person to live in better and discrimination free environment.
This is very necessary for every country to be following as it will improve the working of the
country in better and effective manner.
On the other hand, Boyle (2020) argued that the economic and social rights are also
included within the human rights act only. Along with the civil and political rights, the cultural,
social and economic rights are also included within the international human rights only. Along
with this the human rights also includes the right to life, right to work and education, freedom
from opinion and expression, freedom from slavery and torture. This provides for right to
equality and non- discrimination act. This inclusion of social and economic right is also done
within the human rights only. This is because of the reason that human right works in the
direction of the protection of human living within the country. Hence, this social and economic

right also work in the benefit of human only and because of this it is being included in the human
rights act.
In against of this Young ed., (2019) stated that there are also many different types of the
rights being included within the act. These rights include the different like the right to privacy,
right to work, right to education, right to life, right to equal treatment before the law and many
other different rights. All these rights need to be provided to the people living in the country so
that they can have a better life ahead. In addition to this, the economic right includes the right to
housing, right to standard of living, right to health, right to science and culture and many other
different types of the rights provided to the people living within the society.
In support of this World Health Organization (2020) states that the social right is also
included within the human rights act. This is because of the reason that social rights are
necessary to be provided to the people living within the country. This is because of the reason
that when the social rights will be provided then this will be improving the efficiency of the
person and they will be working in better and effective manner. This social rights involves the
rights like adequate housing, right to social security, right to health, right to proper food, rights to
education and many other socio- economic rights being provided to the employees. All these
rights are being provided to the person living in UK so that they can improve the efficiency of
the person and can live in better and effective terms.
Along with this Cahill-Ripley (2019) states that inclusion of economic and social rights
in human right is very important as it is beneficial for the country to grow and develop. This is
because of the reason that when the different types of rights will be provided to the people then
this will be improving their way of living the life in better and effective manner. This inclusion
of social and economic right is also of benefit to the person as with this they can improve the
working efficiency of the person and they will be able to work and earn in better manner. Hence,
this better earning will be improving the efficiency of the person and they will get more returns
in better and effective manner.
Hence, in support of this Young, (2019) articulated that human right is a
multidimensional concept and includes the universal values like the equity, justice, dignity and
many other different types of the values which are necessary for the person. This is very
necessary for the reason that when the person will be provided with good rights then this will be
increasing the efficiency and working capability of the person in better and effective manner.

These different rights will be motivating the person to work in better and effective way and to
attain a competitive advantage over the other people.
ANALYSIS
With the findings it is clear that economic and social rights are being included within the
human rights act only. This is very necessary for the reason that human rights work in direction
of protection of the people living within the country and their rights as well. thus, the economic
and social rights also include the protection of the general people and because of this it is being
included in the human rights act only. In support of this Arifin (2019) stated that inclusion of
these rights within the human right was beneficial because it includes the right for the protection
of the human in country. Earlier the economic and social rights were essentially ignored within
the UK legal system. But with respect to the changing environment there was an urge of
changing the law and include the economic and social rights as well. Hence, as a result of this,
the UK government started emphasising over the inclusion of these laws in human right as well.
With regards to this, the social security was included within the human right and this provided
with the help that it will increase the efficiency of the person and they will be working in better
and effective manner in the society.
Further the finding outlined that all the economic and social rights are important for the
person to be followed and complied. This is very essential for the reason that when the person
will be complying with the human rights then this will be improving their living standard and
way of working as well. thus, for this it is necessary for the UK law making agency that they
must effectively make the laws in the benefit of citizen so that they can live freely and in better
manner. also the use of different social and economic right is very helpful for the person to live a
better life without any issue or problem.
In support of this The UK must protect economic and social rights with a new law –
here’s what should change, (2022) stated that the laws provide a proper guidance to the people
that how they have to act, live or run the business or even their personal life. Thus, the
compliance with the law is very important for every person and the businesses as well. These
human rights are also needed to be followed within the professional world as well. This is
because of the reason that there are also humans being involved and it is necessary for them to
work in better and effective manner. thus, the compliance with the human rights will be assistive

for the person and the companies as well to make the working better and to work in more
accurate and ethical manner and in accordance to the law.
CONCLUSION
In the end it is concluded that human rights are very important to be followed by any of
the country. This is necessary for the reason that when the human rights will be provided to the
people living within the country then this will be improving the efficiency of the person and will
be helping them to live in better and effective manner. The inclusion of economic and social
rights is within the human rights act as it will be increasing the efficiency of the person and they
will be liking the human rights and will be performing all the task according to it only.
