Introduction
Law is the most important and significant aspect of
society which is complied on individuals to follow
and abide under such regulation uniformly. The
legislation is generally defined as set of rules,
regulations, statutes, ordinance, standard and so on.
Where authorities from which such power is derived
are Parliament members who makes and execute law
for the interest of general public with certain rules
and regularisation.

Rights and Human Rights
The concept of right is fundamental aspect of social
communities and in its absence individuals are being
exploited where they are not aware about their best
interest. It aims as basic terms for a particular person
and certain groups or association being vulnerable and
dominated by higher authorities. These aids in
providing as facet of enjoyment and growing their
personality with aims to impart their service in social
groups.

Types of Rights
There are various types of rights which are-

 Legal Rights

 Economic Rights

Economic Rights
These are those rights which are provided and given by
economic securities various instruments and tools
which are given to citizens empowering them properly
making best usage of political and civil dominating
rights . Where the fundamental necessity of people like
food,clothes and shelter are main essential.

Social Rights
These are those rights which avails individual for
seeking remedies for the breach caused socially
through the aid and assistance of court. It is enforced
by legislation as one of the significant aspect which
considers as justified medium overseas.

Economic and Social rights as Human
Rights
Human rights are considered as most essential and basic rights which are complied and
enjoyed by every individual irrespective of their nationality, colour, religion, belief, sex and
so on. The International Bill of Right is deemed to be handbook and guidance provided by
this regulation. It covers United Declaration of Human Right of 1948 and pacts which are
Global covenants of Civil and Political Right and Socially and cultural derived rights. It
mainly explains about the significance of rights recognized by authorities like UDHR which
are implemented by nations with regards to sole force of legislation.

UK Approach -Human Rights
The common legal system governs human right effectively under various provision
of Equality Act of 2010 which regulates rights of individuals as supreme and
essentially part of society. It mainly elaborates that each citizen of UK of is equal in
eyes of law and any form of discrimination whether on grounds of age, sex,
maternity, religion, belief, race, disability and so on shall not be tolerated and actions
must be taken against it by authorities.

Findings and Analysis
It has been laid and recommended from the above report that human rights involves social,
cultural, economic and civil rights as significant medium in society. It frame various legislation
and remedies to combat any form of inequality and discrimination regardless of any grounds. This
prescribes about relevance about such rights, socially, politically, economically promoting welfare
and interest of individual .
