Human services work includes the study for meeting the needs of humans bu applying the
desired knowledge and focuses on preventing and remediation of issues and it is necessary to
maintain a commitment to improving the quality of life of people. It also includes the process to
study the technologies of social and services that are designed to solve the issues of community
and must enhance the quality for individual’s life, community and family for improving the
service delivery with accountability, accessibility and coordinating. In order to promote the
practices which help in involves the working of society simultaneously (Dollard, et al., 2003). It
is studied in discipline of social science in which human services are reviewed and analyzed to
study and get the knowledge. It is studies that human services include the human systems, social
innovations and it is important for service technicians and it is designed for improving people's
lives and make their family conditions better and it also includes the community for making the
lives easy. There are various concepts on the thoughts of human services and for promoting
social work, change in social as it helps in bringing empowerment and liberation in the
community and it is believed that the principle of social justice and it is considered that the
human rights are the core values in which the people depend (Denhardt, et al., 2018). In order
words it is also considered that human services are used for disguising the gaining social control.
According to Michael Foucault, he is a sociologist and he had suggested that in human service
activity requires the social control and with the help of the content that it is inevitable in social
control.
Personal values of an individual depend on the philosophy of socialism and existentialism which
includes the work and also the ideas. I always believe that the purpose of activities and work
must be for empowering the people and relieve them from the foundations and ensure to make
the lives of people better in society without any biases. In my opinion, human service is the
current form of little pessimistic (Brager and Holloway, 2002). I believe that, in order to have
social control, human service is used as a tool and does not include the real empowerment and
improving the lives of people. It includes the tendency to move forward and it is selective as
includes the profit motive and does not consider the bias in serving people. It is analyzed that the
things which are around us include perception management which includes the creation of
realities. In case of human services which are adopted by corporations who have multibillion-
dollar perform the activities for increasing their brand awareness in the market and community
(Donaldson, 2007). It is stated by Naomi Klien that in corporations when the chaos and

destruction time happens, people get emotional and physically drained and corporations help
them outside as they are providing human service but instead they are taking the advantage of
poor people and their conditions, to bring them out of danger and make them dependent on them.
When people have socialistic value, they perform the activities for the entities in which they
genuinely perform the work for understanding the discipline of human service and they work for
making the lives of people. They focus on serving the organization and do not provide free sops
in the organization. In the principle of human rights and social justice, it is stated that the human
must adopt the human service and not only motivate with the exclusivism and profiteerings.
Transparent participation is required for making human services effective and inclusive in
society (Shera, 2006). A two-tiered welfare system is explained by Adam Jamrozik in which
human service issues, people who live in free market society involves human services and have a
tendency to support the people in disaster. He also explained the steps for making human
services effective and efficient with the help of neoliberal economic system of governance. In
human services, reform activities are required for undertaking the discipline of human services
and making an effective difference in people's lives and community in the world by bringing
liberation and welfare (Borritz, et al., 2006). In order to maintain a social change, it helps in
building a community that is based on responses for addressing the social problems which
include the individual, community, national or international level. In order to change the
attitudes, behavior, laws, policies, and institutions. In order to maintain the social order,
people require the resources of political, social and economic conditions. Human service work
helps in maintaining the social order as it includes the relations, interactions, and behavior for
working together as it includes the values, beliefs, and norms (Glisson and James, 2002).
Social change helps in the collective action of individuals for social problems and developing the
solutions which help in addressing social issues. Human services also provide opportunities for
improving and advancing the well-being of people in society (Noe, et al., 2017). There is an
interaction between the social arrangements and people and helps in providing the direction and
purpose for practice for developing equal relations and empowering as it helps in enhancing the
relationship between people and social arrangements. It is analyzed that social work practice
helps in focusing on the power to draw the attention of the service worker as it helps in
recognizing the experience in society (Shor, 2012). Adoption of social practices helps in
increasing the awareness about the brand and corporates provides the service work to increase

their market position in the society. Human day to day activities are involved in the human
service and it is analyzed that the social service must be adopted by an individual, group or
community to helps the people as it also helps in increasing the productivity and increase the
level of opportunities which are available in market (Oginska-Bulik, 2005).
