INTRODUCTION
Understanding of human services can be define as a unique approach that helps in the
meeting the human needs through the effective understanding of human needs knowledge base,
focusing on prevention as well as remediation of problems (Costa, and Mendonça, 2019). It
helps in maintaining a commitment to improve the overall quality of the life of service
populations. Human services helps individual in the effective management of knowledge and
needs and wants in order to gain better insight about roles and objectives. Human services help
people to improve their standard of living and growth in the market base. Human services
increase the level of effectiveness in the livings and growth of the people at their life. This easy
report is based on teaching assistant/ teacher and various roles and responsibilities that teacher
play in order to provide better future to the students and their growth in the career. this easy
report include information about the main duties, responsibilities and task that teacher play while
providing services to the students. Also this includes literature review on the teacher professional
group and their development in the history(Winfield, and Rehfuss, 2020). Also this includes
information about policy and legislation on the teaching profession and whether they meet the
need of chosen profession or not. Also this includes the changes in the society which might
impact the development of teaching profession.
MAIN BODY
Main duties, responsibilities and tasks of teaching or teacher.
Teachers are the individual who are responsible for the educational growth and
development of the students so that they can achieve goals and objectives of their life. They are
responsible for preparing the lessons and plan educational growth of the students and increase
their skills and talent within the educational institution (DePoy, and Gitlin, 2019). Their duties
include grading test, assigning home work, and providing students insight about their growth in
the institution. Teacher are able to make their students learn about the particular subject and
lesson in the class rooms. Teacher are self-motivated individuals that ensure that their student
learn in most effective manner and increase the level of effectiveness in the career path.
The main responsibility of teacher is to provide educational content notes test and
assignment to the students, and supervise class in order to ensure that all students are able to

learn and feel safe and productive in the teaching class. Teachers also play the role and
responsibility of delivering personalized instruction to each student and encourage them to learn
and be interactive during the lectures. Also teachers ensure that they encourage all the students
to actively participate in educational activities and events. also teachers ensure that all the
students learn in in effective manner and be in the discipline during the classes they allocate
homework assignment and test to the students so that they can learn in effective manner. Also
teachers and sure that they provide effective guidelines to their students in order to provide them
better growth and development during the classes (Fouberg, and Murphy, 2020). Teachers
ensure that each student actively participate in the lectures and presentations so that they can
learn skills and enhance their abilities in professional career. thus teacher play an important role
in the growth and success of the students and provide them effective career path.
Literature review:
As per the viewpoint of R. Dichane., 2012. in early twenties growth and development of
teaching institution are high and progressive. College teachers and education program grow
declared as the state of development is specific requirement of college and classrooms are
increasing developed day by day. also the school of secondary needs teachers with their College
degree also increased by the increase of education. in various countries universities and colleges
focused on the development of teacher and their professional staff they focus on effective
training and development of teachers and lecturers so that students can learn in most effective
manner. Also various programs are introduced to the teachers so that maximum participation can
be done. It also include desire to show some Public Service commitment to the motivate teachers
and their development in these programs development. Graduate programs, educational
administration in 2002 increased and it enhance the teacher’s participation programs in the
campus. also various Institutions focused on their development of participation and continuous
growth of participation programs. also government is focused on effectiveness of University
programs so that education of target students can be achieved college and university based
teachers education is focused effectiveness of teacher participation and educational programs.
academic weaker than the students in other programs that impact the participation of programs
universities are focused on development of programs so that they can achieve better education
and development knowledge and effective in their institutions. The requirement of changes in

programs deal with the issue of and instruction, of regulations and limitation that application of

employee therefore balancing of human rights and education practices are important for the
teachers and their growth in the education industry.
Changes in the society that might emerge the development of teaching.
There are various changes in the society and culture that have impact on the growth and
development of teaching(Race, 2019). In the field of education career changes in the various
trends and different educational programs impact the teaching profession increased in diversity
increase the level of teaching and fulfil the needs of career and respect to the teachers increase

From the above information it can be recommended that in the teaching profession
teacher play various roles and responsibilities that help them to grow and increase the level of
effectiveness in the career path of the students. To enhance the level of effectiveness in the
teaching profession teachers can increase the level of effectiveness and growth in the learning
process so that it cans enhance the level of effectiveness in students learning process. Various
law and legislation can helps the teachers to enhance their effectiveness in the market and
increase the level of growth in the education filed.
