communication skill within the service user and the
service provider weaken the mutual understanding
within the same. This is equally applicable for the
two healthcare professionals having a conversation.
Therefore, the proper methods must be used to deal
with the inappropriate interpersonal skills within the
two people interns of the healthcare.
One of the best methods of dealing and enhancing
the interpersonal communicative skills is the
feedback process. Feedback is the two approach of
the communication that helps both the receiver and
the sender for having a proper mutual understanding.
The feedback of the patients helps the care giver to

providing process, and according to the feedback he
