McDonald's main objective is to provide the training to the employees of the company so that

Wilson, 2016). Thus the company must formulate the strong strategies for the customers as
well as for the employees so that they can attract more customers. The company also does not
want to lose its people and for that, they work together and try to achieve the aims and
objectives.
