motivation in business environment. Day by day the business environment gets very dynamic
and that's why it gives a positive as well as negative impact on organisational functions. For the
achievement of goals and objectives, company needs to motivate their employees so that they get
always ready for giving their best or productive work to the organisation. There are many factors
that influence employees' motivation which will cover in their report.

get ready for achievement of their targets. Motivation should be present in the behaviour of an
individual so that they cannot feel fail. Today's lifestyle gets very complex and that's why it
becomes very necessary for every individual that they should motivate themselves time by time.
It is the continuous process that helps an individual to rejuvenate themselves so that they are
ready for dealing with upcoming challenges (Yarmatov and Ahmedova, 2020). In business
environment, motivation plays an important role as it assists in achievement of organisational
goals and objectives. With the help of motivation, a leader is able to integrate personal goal with
organisational goal. A company create willingness among all employees in order to give their
productivity. In this process, leader plays a crucial role as he/she is the person who motivate
employees towards organisational goals.

increasing in employees turnover ratio. Due to this, organisation cannot achieve their
goals and objectives. With the help of motivation, an organisation is significantly

organisation in now-a-days.
Company is effectively reducing absenteeism with the help of motivation. There are
many organisations are present in the business environment that has high absenteeism
rate. It arises due to many reasons such as poor working conditions, no reward and

they should motivate their employees so that they can come on a regular basis. It is found

to improve their working environment in order to motivate employees.

level. There were many students that did not take interest in collaboration. Due to this, I felt very
bad and after that when I was learning about motivation during this module, I get to know the
importance of motivation. I analysed that self motivation is the key of my success and growth. I
can able to achieve my goals and objectives that enhance my career.
With the help of self motivation, I am now relaxing and doping all the things in an
effective way. That means I am managing my work as well as my study effectively. It is
necessary for individuals that they should use motivation so that they get inspired towards
achievement of goals and objectives. After understanding of importance of self motivation, I will
continue work on them so that my self motivation skills does not decline. For that purpose, I will
do yoga and meditation on a daily basis that helps to keep my mind in peace. Mind peace is
required in self motivation. Setting of small targets on a regular basis which needs to achieve that
gives a self motivation to employees. Achievement of goals and objectives provide a self
motivation and helps an individual that how they need to perform in order to achieve their goals
within time.
