of customers. The successful operation of the hotel helps in achieving the success and

IHG, Pyramid hotel, as well as the Omni hotels.

The CSR of the Hyatt hotels is to fulfil the mission of the company in effective manner. It has
helped the hospitality in huge ways such as setting the objective led by ITP that also helps in
driving the industry to work in varied areas such as carbon emission, youth employment,

It also works toward the social image that helps it in increasing its customer base. It also
faces the little outside challenges as the company supports the hospitality industry.

organisation by providing premium quality service to the customers. It can also expand its

addition to this, CSR activities of hotel help the Hyatt hotels to grow itself at the higher level
as well as adopt the innovative things to improve the living standard of people.
