Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in the year of
1947 when he has purchased Hyatt house model
which was adjacent to loss Angeles International
airport.

Hyatt hotels corporation is a
multinational hospitality company
providing various hospitality services
such as hotels, resorts, and vacation
properties. They are headquartered in
Chicago, and it manages luxury
franchise business. They have
expanded their business operations by
developing new properties across the
globe and acquiring various
hospitality chains and businesses such
as Apple Leisure Group, KSL Capital
partners, Ameri Suites Summerfield
Suites, two roads hospitality etc. It
has more than 1100 hotels across 69
different countries across 6 different
continents (Machanjanja, 2017).
Future operations
The future operational activity of Hyatt hotel business
is to expand the business in different market
territories so that higher competitive edge can be
acquired and at the same time their customer base
can also be developed. The company is also focused
over creating market related with sustainable
practices so there better environment can be given to
the community and people (Filimonau and Delysia,
2019).
Goals
The major goal of the company is to provide
remarkable experience to their customers so that
they can be retained for longer period of time
