This report presents an analysis of food and beverage management practices at Hyatt Regency, Sydney, based on an interview conducted with one of its employees. The selection process involved a random probability method and practical tests to assess the employee's awareness of food and beverage quality. The interview questions focused on management services, quality control, and customer feedback mechanisms. Data analysis, using tables, charts, and graphs, highlighted key issues and contributions to the refinement of food and beverage management. The research emphasizes the benefits of regular meetings with outlet managers, lab tests, quality checks, fusion foods, customer surveys, and social media marketing in enhancing the standards and quality of food and beverage offerings. The employee consent form ensures ethical considerations are addressed throughout the research process, maintaining confidentiality and anonymity.
