Executive summary
The whole study is mainly showing that how the Hydro Tasmania is bring in better
level of innovation and in order to bring in high grade of economic activities, it is seen that
one of the important strategy that the company took is development of high quality of
resources will definitely help in the improvement in the resource utilisation and production
that will increase the rate of generation of Megawatts of electricity. Now in order to indulge

The operation of any kind of energy resources and producing energy is one of the
important and risky concepts in the business of energy production within Australia. This
study will consider the operation of Hydro Tasmania, a government energy developing
company within Australia regarding its strategic management and how the company is
basically helping the economy of Australia to bring in more amount of sustainability.
Through the daily and yearly operation of the hydro plant it is highly beneficial for the study
to have a close look in different phases of development. Now through the linkage of the
operation with the LB5230 theory will help the study in understanding how the development
is going in the hands of improvement and in order to bring in high collaboration of resources,
the company will bring in high return of productivity and it will help in the development.

The Hydro Tasmania is basically the government organisation that is mainly doing
business in the energy market of Australia. Now the company has more than 30 power house
and is in continuous endeavour to provide better and high level of bio diversity energy that
will help in the improvement in the operation of the hydro project plants (Cascio, 2015). The
power plants of the company is mainly built on high rainfall catchments that are being made
on natural rivers. The organisation is continuously aiming to bring in high grade of
operational management so that huge quantity of electricity production can be highly
increased. Now in order to bring in high quality of Megawatt capacity the organisation is
continuously aiming to bring in more amount of investment that will definitely help the flow
of Tasmania electricity in a sustainable and efficient manner (Collings, 2014). Through the
development of better quality of resource making abilities, the company has invested heavily
in the improvement of technologies. The Poatina power station is the first underground power

station within Tasmania. The organisation is also looking to strategically manage the
movement of the Eels at the Lake Trevallyn since 1996 through the Trevallyn Dam using the
Elver Ladder and automated trap. This is one of the important concept that are mainly helping

resources that will help in maintaining the environment (Fan et al. 2016).

The above diagram is showing the fact that the capacity has increased in the last few
years. In order to increase the daily basis production level of the Hydro projects, the company
is basically moving towards the development of heavy scale investments in the form of
