The purpose of writing the essay is to highlight and describe the invasion of
hyper-palatable food that are contrived in a way that appears to surpass the properties
of traditional food by cumulative fat, sugar, salt flavors and food additives to a high level.
The essay will demonstrate the problems people are facing due to excessive intake to
fast foods. Since, these foods can damage a person’s health the issue must be resolved
by concentrating on the main reasons behind choosing these kinds of foods and
reducing them as much as possible.

i. The first main point: Why people choose fast food?
These foods are easy and fast to cook
These foods are cheaper than wholesome foods.
People with less self-control are the most attracted to these foods.
