This project investigates the impact of work from home on employee productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on Hyperlink Info System UK. Research philosophy
There are majorly two type of research philoshophy which can be used in research study
named as positivism and interpretivism (Mohajan, 2018). In order to determine the impact of the
global pandemic on accelerating workplace transformation interpretivism method will be used
for evaluating qualitative data.
