I have analyzed after being a part of this project as project manager that leadership skills and knowledge is quite
important for project and a leader needs to adopt new skills for working with different project. This is because same
qualities or skills are not useful for every project. Additionally, a team leader needs to resolves the problems that are
associated with project.
As a project manager, it is very much necessary to have both technical as well as management skills for managing
the work of the entire project. In addition to this, the project manager needs to have proper skills of time
management, cost management, resource management and more.
