specific project the specific values those have been selected are as follows:
Faster: The main purpose of the project is ensure that the expected true percentage of the
o line crop buying and selling platform is well maintained and also services are offering by the
owners are enough efficient.
Cheaper: The project success is dependent on the timing if services, its affordability as
well as quality. Similarly for this online website also its affordability from the consumers end is
very crucial. The booking price and the affordability will ensure the numbers o consumers for
this project.

4. Project risk management plan
4.1 Assumptions
The specific assumptions for the project are as follows:
 The project should be completed within 8 months
 The platform must possess all the operational and functional features as per the
project requirements
 The application of system design and development should be completed within
the estimated cost of $80,000.
 The system should be accessed by the all the willing consumers regardless of their
time and location
4.2 Risk assessment

Distributed project team The team assigned for the project are
distributed therefore they may face
collaboration issues. Collaborative team
engagement program will help them to avoid
internal project conflicts
Lack of technical experience On job technical training program and
