This report introduces to the concept of project management. This report lays attention on I-crop

project which is the online cash marketplace platform. For this project Globex entered into a

contact with. Virtucon Consultancy is responsible for successfully installing this project. Globex

cooperation is the company which offers agrarian solutions to the client who are located in the

parts of Central West regions of New South Wales and Riverine. This I- crop application will be

developed by using the innovative techniques which will result in delivering the agricultural

product. This application is new and will add value to the clients. This online platform enables

quick selling and acquisition of the warehoused grain. This platform is having the most

innovative medium. This interface is compatible with the assistance of the mobile applications.

Virtucon will assist in managing the operations of the Globex cooperation. This application

results in the success of delivering the solutions on time. The main transactions which are offered

by I-crop are offers, bids, and preferred buyers.

The Globex Corporation was founded in the year 2013, at the time of merging of two large

regional businesses B T & Sons Farming Equipment and Riverine Precision Farming. The main

motive of the company is to offer provide quality agriculture services. Due to the invention of I-

I-Crop online cash marketplace platform is the online marketing platform which also supports

the different mobile devices. The project I –crop is useful for managing the stud farms of

Globlex cooperation. This platform will be having an effective and efficient user interface. The

main requirement for running this application is the high speed internet connectivity throughout

the organization. This I-crop application will ease down the export and import procedures. The

distinctive features of I-crop comprise of offers, bids, and specified buyers. I-crop helps in

exploring the different opportunities which are prevailing in the current market

Project Objective

The objective of the project is to offer an online platform which will glove assistance to the

services of managing the stud farms and other agriculture services of Globex Cooperation.

There will be the transactions among buyers and growers which also consist of transfer of

ownership. The project will be having a process development and will be managed by the

Virtucon Company. Inventory the numerous offers which will be offered by the I-crop for

Team Communication

For successful business operations, it is important to facilitate a team which enables management

to implement their plan. Team communication defines a process in which interaction used to take

place between various members of a unit (Kokemuller, 2017). Globex Cooperation wants to

expand their business with merger and for this, a proper team is required which enable and assist

in launch such plan properly. For this context and an appropriate team communication, following

are certain aspects on which business need to work so that define targets would be accomplished.

Meeting Times & Location

Before commencing any project, it is important to describe each attribute to the team. In this

context, team meeting plays an important role in which each and every team member

participating in such meeting actively. Thus, for managers of a company, it is important to take

views from team members and decide location and time. Globex Cooperation needs to take a

view from their define team members so that they can provide own view regarding a number of

location for meeting as well as time. A mutual consent is essential so that meeting leads to taking

place in define manner as well as each team member reach over there for case assignment.

chances of conflict and miscommunication tend to decline as well as no one will become

able to point out on others of failure. Globex Cooperation team members can use this

approach as it is time-saving and support for healthy communication (De Bruijn & Ten

Working in team has lot to do with the communication and active participation. This is what I

learned when I was working in team. A team faces lots of problems mainly the conflict of

interest and lack of clear objectives. Such issues must be solved immediately as they will have

direct impact on the success of the project, the main goal of the team should be to reduce the

overall cost of the project. The team goals must be similar to the goals of the company. Team

goals should focus on collaborative working and active participation by all the team members

(Kerzner, 2018).

Team values are the set of conducts and rules which each team ember should abide by. Team

values are important for the smooth functioning of the team. Team which perform well will add

value to the company and results in saving not only the resource of the company but also its
