 Financial Area: Financial area of the project of website and mobile application
development of I-Crop Project is the most crucial aspect of delivering the effective
project execution as the economic value of the projects.
 Customer Area: Customer area of the project of website and mobile application
development of I-Crop Project is the second most aspect of delivering the effective
project outcome as the alignment of the client’s requirement is a major factor for the
project execution.
 Operational Area: Operational area of the project of website and mobile application

2. Part Two: Define Scope and produce a Scope Management Plan
Define the scope: The project scope involves the simplification management and integration of
the successive and improved operations for I-Crop. The project scope definition would be
implied for identifying the alignment of the operations and execution. The scope definition
would be implied for easing the significant formation and development. The alignment would be
helpful for integrating the successful formation of the improved website and mobile
development. The information development would support the formation of the improved
functional development and improvements. The project scope would include the functions of
developing the website and mobile design, developing the website and mobile, implementation
plan, and closure documents.
