(i) Concerns over fewer hours spent on your project
(ii) Clarification on the work that has been going on for the 3 months in question.
You raised issues related to less time spent on working for your web and communications
services that you have been consulting with Iash Inc. you also asked for a clarification on all the
activities that were done during the 3 months period regarding your project.
As Iash Inc. The company that is committed to offering quality service to all our valued
customers, we have set a committee to investigate the issue that we have raised. We would like
to take our time to reach to the root cause of this problem so that it does not get repeated again.
Please be advised that a full statement to your complaint will be offered after our investigating
have gathered all the necessary information related to the scenario which you have raised.
