the variety of the changes in the organization to carry out different operation of the organization.
In the last step organization has to make sure that they used to refreeze all the function again in the

theory in the organization. In this model organization has to make sure that they used
to change whole operation of the business by looking at 7 different element of the
organization. 7 different element are Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared values,
Style, Staff and Skills.
