been highlighted that Facebook was more concern about different acquisition to grow the business. At the
the same time they have overlooked the issue of safety of previous customer.
▪ Other theory to support the same is the ethical consideration. As it has been seen that the organization
has overlooked the variety of ethical consideration.
Theory for problem solving techniques:
▪ Change management theory is the theory which has to be applied in Face book. Lewin’s change
management model is the model should be applied by the facebook in the organization.

▪ This process used to run in three different step. The first step is Unfreeze, in this organization has to make
sure that they used to unfreeze all the current safety and confidentiality maintaining software in the
organization. As this are the main thing which has cause that sort of crises in the organization.
In the second step organization has to make sure that they used to look at different fault and used to make
the variety of the changes in the organization to carry out different operation of the organization.
In the last step organization has to make sure that they used to refreeze all the function again in the
organization this will eventually help company in building good safety and confidential software in the
organization.

 ▪ McKinsey 7-S model is another one of the most appropriate change management
theory in the organization. In this model organization has to make sure that they used
to change whole operation of the business by looking at 7 different element of the
organization. 7 different element are Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared values,
Style, Staff and Skills.

▪ Developing new safety and confidentiality software for the organization is one of the best way
through which organization can overcome the issue of different crises in the organization. As
implementing lewins changing model in the organization will help the company in understanding
the different fault of the company very easily in the market and also this can be build in the
organization with the help of McKinsey 7-S modal as well.
Facebook has to make sure that they used to educate all the customer about the different changes which
organization is looking to bring due to change in the software.
Also organization has to make sure that they used to properly check and test the different software which
organization is looking to bring in the new software in the
