Introduction
Throughout this course, I have learned about the importance of management problem
solving and how the problem is to be solved with the estimated period of time. Understanding
the concept of corporate social responsibility by working in a team over the path is required to be
understood clearly. It also includes the procedure of corporate social responsibility that is
required to be implemented for the practice in real corporate world. I have experienced the use of
critical thinking that includes both positive aspects as well as negative aspects of the overall
practice. I have noticed that problem solving is the way by which the issue are generally
mitigated with helps of the certain strategy that would be solve the problem by pointing out
different steps. The corporate social responsibility includes the effective way for enhancing the
theories that would be beneficial in integrating the environmental as well as social
responsibilities that are directly associated with the normal course of learning activity.
Discussion
I came to know that the policies helps the companies to increase their ability for solving
the problem that might arise in their normal business activities such as lack of information. The
venture would be beneficial as I came to know that the point of vision of the problem is
associated with the overall impact on the environment. The reflective journal would have the
three main area which includes the areas which is learned by the course of management problem
solving. Problem is the situation of a person where the support and attention is required for
dealing with some problem that are currently present along with increases the overall amount of
waste that would be hectic the world to face them at a certain point of time. Corporate social
responsibilities are the set of policies that are required to be taken into consideration for better
enhancement of the strategies in their effective business transactions (Ahern, Leavy and Byrne

2014). The problem might arise in the individual perception that mainly underlies the trend
which would develop and implement the plan that mainly helps in overall process of problem
solving. In addition to this, government, employees of the company, investors and others are the
main constituents of the stakeholders that generally get direct influences with responsibility of
the company (Giampaoli, Ciambotti and Bontis 2017). The business problems might be of
different types which includes financial problems and operational problems that might be
effective in overall business objectives. Financial problems includes the lack of working capital
and other sources of income that might provide funds to the company. The evaluation of plan
might have some certain results that includes the overall loss of value of money along with the
quality of the overall learning. I am aware of maintaining the corporate social responsibility or
else the company might face certain problem that might hamper the overall business courses and
other activities that are financial as well as operational in nature.
I have understood that standout item is the corporate social responsibility that is really
helps in floating the boat and it has impressed me the most in overall business activities. The
working of the responsibility acts as a different way that mainly points out the morals as well as
value of managing the company in an effective way as well as in an efficient way (Heilig, Lalla-
Ruiz and Voß 2016). As per my viewpoint, it can be improved by strengthening the flexibility of
the policies that would be beneficial for the business along with their activities. The
consideration as well as evaluation of plan includes the role of implementation for success in the
overall process of learning (Felin and Zenger 2014). . It includes the process that includes a
certain tutor who would be assisting the employees in their overall period of training. I think that
the training procedure is one of the most difficult part that I have learned in the overall course.

Business problems might be of different types which includes financial problems and operational
problems that might be effective in overall business objectives.
The government plays a major role that would be effective in their normal business
course that would be beneficial for the company along with the employees that are directly
associated with the business. The inconsistent behaviour has failed to follow up the certain
changes which includes the commitment of the employees along with new proposal (Head and
Alford 2015). Problem solving process is mainly based on the person that is required to be relate
with individual assumptions and underlying exception that has become quite apparent and group
discussion. The possibility of the equipment and its implication has helped me a lot in the overall
process of learning and it helps in understanding in a better way which points out the specific
targets (Hess and Bacigalupo 2014). The plan for corporate social responsibility is required to be
executed that would help the business for attracting more number of customers along with
investors for providing the economic boost. Navigating around it is also vital for the overall
process of learning as it would include the overall process of advising with better way that might
be beneficial for the company as well as in the process.
Advising others who mainly encounters this type of problem includes the effective
communication that plays an important role in the overall process of learning. Management in
the process of learning mainly focuses on the requirements that are required to be fulfilled during
the overall course of activities (Sadeghi, J., Sadeghi, S. and Niaki, 2014). I have noticed that the
reaction that are required to be followed are mainly reflected in the behaviour which might be
appropriate in making any kind of decision (Mäntymäki and Riemer 2016). Solving the problem
includes the overall procedure of better implementation of the plans and strategies that mainly
clears the obstacles of the overall procedure.

Conclusion
From the above study, it can be concluded that the process of learning includes the
effective way of learning about the business procedures that are implemented in their overall
course of business. I have found certain characteristics that mainly includes self-awareness and
expertise for allocating the time with regard to the overall problem. I have also found that self-
learning includes the overall procedure of testing that might be differentiated with other
individual for their management in everyday problem. I have also observed that the reflection
journal includes the self-experience which is based on the overall experience that is gathered
from the process of learning. An organisation as number of stakeholders who are generally
classified as group of people that are directly affected by the business activities.
