Throughout this course, I have learned about the importance of management problem
solving and how the problem is to be solved with the estimated period of time. Understanding
the concept of corporate social responsibility by working in a team over the path is required to be
understood clearly. It also includes the procedure of corporate social responsibility that is
required to be implemented for the practice in real corporate world. I have experienced the use of
critical thinking that includes both positive aspects as well as negative aspects of the overall
practice. I have noticed that problem solving is the way by which the issue are generally
mitigated with helps of the certain strategy that would be solve the problem by pointing out
different steps. The corporate social responsibility includes the effective way for enhancing the
theories that would be beneficial in integrating the environmental as well as social
responsibilities that are directly associated with the normal course of learning activity.

I came to know that the policies helps the companies to increase their ability for solving
the problem that might arise in their normal business activities such as lack of information. The
venture would be beneficial as I came to know that the point of vision of the problem is
associated with the overall impact on the environment. The reflective journal would have the

and other sources of income that might provide funds to the company. The evaluation of plan
might have some certain results that includes the overall loss of value of money along with the
quality of the overall learning. I am aware of maintaining the corporate social responsibility or
else the company might face certain problem that might hamper the overall business courses and
other activities that are financial as well as operational in nature.
I have understood that standout item is the corporate social responsibility that is really
helps in floating the boat and it has impressed me the most in overall business activities. The
working of the responsibility acts as a different way that mainly points out the morals as well as
value of managing the company in an effective way as well as in an efficient way (Heilig, Lalla-
