which is creating the doubts on customers mind that whether they should adopt IT for
performing any of the activity or not (Collinson, Narula and Rugman, 2016). Secondly, there are
number of organisation who has involved themselves in technological line which is increasing
the threats for organisation. But, it not limited up to here because, IBM has the opportunity to
work more on dealing with cybercrime to overcome the problem.
In present scenario, the use of global internet accessibility is increasing at a greater speed
which has given them the opportunity to perform better in any of the situation. Here, to
overcome with some of the challenging situation, company like IBM is focusing towards coding
language so that improvement can be done within the cybersecurity solution. This will not only
strength them but even it will allow them to secure the market position as global presence for any
of the information technology is increasing at a greater speed. In short, technological factor has
both positive and negative impact for business organisation (Harlow, PearsonHamilton and
Webster, 2015). But, it is essential for the organisation to introduce some of those technologies
which can allow them to attract more new number of customers. Introduction of new
technologies should be related with advancement of cyber security and improving the data
storage system. Also, they must focus more towards the development of those essential
technological which do not allow the access to any of the person in any of the situation. It will

number of opportunities which can been created by government for IMB such:
 Government is willing to improve the overall structure of digitalisation which is one of
the great opportunity for the company like IBM.
 Each of the political parties are supporting e-technologies which can uplift the standard
of working and even it will allow the organisation work in more fluent manner.
 Even government is working on some of the important aspects which can allow to
improve the overall data protection (Shenkar, Luo and Chi, 2014).
Looking at all of this opportunity which has been created by government for any of the It
sector company, they gets the chances to perform at a greater platform. In addition, it has given
the platform to take corrective decision through which can allow IBM to take lead in the market.
They had been given the opportunity to take some of those decision through which management
of IBM can easily enhance the production. As business conditions are favourable, company can
easily allow themselves to take those decision through which they can try to approach new
number of customers with number of exciting offer as it will allow them to accomplish the goals
of an organisation.
Ecological considerations taken by IBM affect their international business decisions in the
markets they operate
There are number of business organisation which has been performing business activity
at a greater platform but still they are unable to cope up with difficulties. It is because those
companies are not focusing towards required effort required by organisation for environment. If
any of the organisation is planning to perform better in that respective circumstances they must
be able to work according to requirement of ecological system. In context of International
Business Machine Corporation, if they will not work as per the requirement of environment, then
there are very chance from them to sustain within the market. It is essential for them to
understand the circumstances and take the decision which can allow them to attain their goals.

The first thing which has helped the decision making process of IBM is that they are able
to take those decision through which availability of renewable energy can be increased. It will be
necessary that they must focus towards recycling process because if they will be able to do so
then unnecessary expenses can be reduced automatically (Morrison, 2016). Not only this,
company will allow to attract new customers towards the business organisation because in
present situation everyone is focusing towards eco-friendly work.
The scope is not limited for IBM because they are one of those organisation which is
dealing in technological field where chances of destruction for the environment is almost zero.
Also, paper work will not exist in this types of organisation which itself allows the organisation
to target the customers in best possible manner (Dicken, 2015). In simply words, it can be easily
said that ecological has one of the favourable impact on organisation like IBM because they are
also working for the welfare which is allowing them to attract more number of customers
towards the business organisation.

performance can improved. It is necessary for company like IBM to focus on external factor
