The aim of the project is to develop and online website and an application called iCrop
that will help the crop growers and buyers to directly communicate with each other regarding
business. The desired area of impact for the project is to bring in transparency in the process of
managing and selling of the warehouse grains. The project is expected to have a large impact on
strategy, financial, operational and social groups. The ranking of these areas in terms of
importance is represented in the following table-
Rank 1 is of highest importance while rank 5 is the smallest
