Introduction
This report will include the charter for the project of Rapid pay which is made by the Virtucon
for the purpose of fast online payments to be made by the Globex. This charter will include six
parts in which several concepts will be discussed regarding the project. In the initial part, the
measurable organizational value will be discussed which is utilized for the purpose of defining
the value that will be bought to the clients by the team project. In the further parts, there will be
made discussion on the scope management plan, work breakdown structure as well as the project
risk and analysis plan. At the end of the charter, there will be explained the quality management
plan and at the end, there will be closure as well as evaluation of the project which is I- Crop
Software. This software is being developed in order to make the payment process hassle free and
transparent.

There is a famous organization in Australia named as Globex Corporation which provides the
agriculture solutions to its clients and assists and support in managing the farm. The organization
also provides the farming equipment so that there can be made the agriculture more efficient as
well as effective. The company is looking forward to developing the software which can assist
the farmers to buy as well as sell the crops and also manage and handle the system of the
payment. The main objective of such a system is to protect the farmers from the forge payment
methods. The company has provided such contract to Virtucon which is a popular software
developer organization in Australia. There will be developed an application which is named as I-
Crop which is going to be developed by a team of four members including company analyst,
developer, designer as well as the project manager. The time duration to be taken for such project
is three months so that such a project can be handled in an appropriate manner. There is
requirement for all the members of the team to be honest as well as hard working and they can
manage to communicate properly in order to make the project successful and reliable. They are
required to follow the code of ethics so that all the work can be completed in an appropriate
