Aditya, 2017). In this assessment, one of case study of Airbnb about Information
Communication Technology is discussed. Through the technology, the entity brand itself as
online travel business and allows population to rent short term accommodation to have better
experiences at exotic destinations.

industry. The use of this technology has impacted on business models through bringing actions

the business has faces huge struggles addition to frustration. Despite of all hurdles and
