increased the production rate of many organizations and has provided easy solutions for
various complex problems. The increased efficiency of business in organizations has been a
benefiting factor and also the satisfaction of the customers has increased rapidly (Jones et al.,
2014).

The courier system is different from any other services in terms of working principal.
The courier services could be helpful in providing many services such as speed, security in
the packaging services, signature, authorization and tracking of the orders. The courier
services are expensive in nature than the normal packaging services that are delivered
manually. The advancement of the modified and improvised courier service tends to
overcome the recent problem in manual delivering system regarding delivery of mails,
packages, goods and other parcels.

Using of ICT promotes the application of telecommunications, processing of
audiovisual content, media, smart systems of building management and efficient systems of
