Some of the well-known companies which are providing generic content tools, growth
and infrastructure makes use of learning technologies accreditation. Their learning platform is
known to be game-changer. A new domain in ICT which will be directing and influencing more
career option for me is vLearning solution software (Darling-Hammond, Hyler and Gardner
2017). In the year 2012, SaaS plan and market disruption solution are getting completely
integrated with industrial virtual classroom. After the offering of SaaS vlearning, it is accredited
by institute of learning and performance. This stand out to be internationally known quality mark
concerning providers of learning technology solutions (Kennedy 2016). This particular
accreditation is covering majority of organization which is providing generic content,
infrastructure and consultancy services. Their learning platform stand out to be game-changer in
the whole market. In addition, there is possibility of harnessing the advantages of blended
learning along with online communication. As of being a leader in cloud-based virtual learning
platform, they come up with the ability to transform the business. It is done by receiving much
more from the virtual classroom along with webinars (Vangrieken et al. 2017). The platform is
all about engaging learners in much effective way, along with driving the overall productivity.
Answer to Question 2:
1. At the time of working at Walmart, I have learned great deal with respect to handling
huge of customers. I mainly learned how to deal with difficult requests who might be
irritated at the instance of approaching me. I learned ways for cooling my head at the
time of confrontation which is arguing back with an individual (Macià and García 2016).
The professional setting does not help in solving most of the things. The only thing that
matters, in the end, is all about clear and professional demeanor and helping both

customers and clients. It is all about the ability the mood which might they may be in. It
stands out to be excellent skill which is useful in this position.
2. At the time of working at my last organization, I learned the best deal with prioritizing.
Till that point, I never have to deal with lot of paperwork in life. At first, it become a bit
of shocking that is how this can be done it can be period in short period of time.
After discussion with Hugo O'Farrell and Flynn Quentin, I come to the point that life and
work experience can easily contribute to professional skill development like

 Problem-solving skills
 Commercial awareness
 Maturity
 Practical skills
 Self-confidence
 Organization skills
Both of them agreed to my point of view regarding the role of life or work experience
regarding professional skill development.
