The Conference on “Value of ICT certification” was conducted at Clarendon auditorium and
presented by Sridhar Deenadayalan and Vanessa Loayza was an enriching experience. The
conference was to target the young professionals who will soon be entering into various work
fields in order to meet their professional goals. At the conference, we came across the
professional journeys of the presenters and learned about various aspects that can lead us to
our dream position in work.
The conference hosted many of the great speakers and but out of all, the most inspiring
individual was Ms.***(Name) who is a ****(designation) and residing at
******(Address).She not only took us through her professional journey by far but also
highlighted major factors that helps one in decision making at crucial stages of career.
Factors like keeping interest of the company before any private interest, holding onto your
character and supporting it with loyalty and honesty were the pick from her presentation.
On the other hand Mr Deendayal spoke about his inspirations throughout his journey. He
gave major attention to the clauses of ACS code which lead to an effective shaping up of
one’s moral and professional character. However, both the presenters advised that as a young
professional in the field of work, will have various choices before them and no choice is less
credible unless it doesn’t threaten your ethical conduct at any organisation.
As stated by Ms Loyaza the work environment at any organisation is always building up by
its employees and their loyalty towards it. As a young professional, various options will come
on this path of work but a logical and conscious approach can lead us to the desired position
without any ethical compromise.
I am sure while entering the workplace in near future, I as a young professional , can make
efficient choice in order to support my professional goal and can look for the factors
mentioned by presenters at ICT conference.
