Information and communication technology or ICT is the structure which emphasis the use of
computer technology, in order to develop the existence of integrated communication. It
includes instruments like telephones, wireless and computer system. It denotes the meeting of
voices and signals of mobile phones in context to new technologies which enables the
communication criteria in simplest way (Aničić, and Bušelić, 2020). ICT makes it possible
where one can collaborate the tools which are used in the process of communication with
computer services. This portfolio is about the development of information and
communication technology, along with academic skills during the accomplishment of this
module.
Main Body
The advantage of information and communication technology is that it helps in
interpreting the learning schedules and storing the progress to find out the knowledge growth
of a person (Khlaisang, and Koraneekij, 2019). This module has led me to the different skills
and informs me that how these skills could be helpful for me. I have experienced that my
technical knowledge has grown by the end of this module which is very crucial for
developing such reports on such vital topics. Information and communication technology
allows me to explore distinct such characteristic of online research, this is because I have
worked on gathering the necessary information which is important for the formulation of this
module. For the research I have choose the digital platform as it is the place, I can achieve the
mass number of sources which are capable of giving the reliable and truthful information on
the topic which has been covered in this module. In online research, several other instruments
like reaching to those people who are involved in such practices where communication is the
key aspect for the smooth functioning of the activities (Hossain, and Sormunen, 2019). I have
also tried to contact with my relatives and friends and take their reviews over the topic of
communication. In order to get into the detailed about the communication skill, I surf on the
online websites, read different journals and speak up to the professional to share their
thoughts about the same. Social media technology is very famous in these days and which is
allowing the people to communicate with each other who are living in the different parts of
the worlds. This technique has the full potential to justify the statement and meaning of
information and communication technology (Aigerim, Aida, and Tulebike, 2022). We all
aware of using such platforms where we create profiles, maintain our accounts and converse
with other individual regarding different issues. We can use such platforms for both formal

and informal purpose, like I have opened an account on website which is useful for those who
are looking forward in their career. In the beginning I was quite confused about the thing that
how will I start the conversation with the professional who are on this social site. But after
this module I have understand the tactic through which I can explain my queries to them a
can build an effective communication. But I have focus more on ICT due to its growing use
in the current environment, moreover I noticed that now people are more comfortable with
this form of technology, and eliminating use traditional form of communication methods
(Tran, and Kostolanyova, 2022). This module helps me in learning the ability to listen
properly about the things which have been dictated by professors, give me the opportunity
through which I am making the proper utilization ITC in the completion of this module. With
inclusion of digital tools in the activity of communication, I can simply the overall of
working which will assigned to me in my academic period. Apart from above discussion this
module helps in improving my communication engagement activities with my other
classmates, and this stimulates my potential to consider the opinion of other people in the
formation of any plans or activities. The overall period for this module has also supported me
in developing my academic skills too. With these skills, I can be more confident in presenting
my ideas and motivates me facing the challenges in most systematic manner. Academic skills
guide me in finding the possibilities to ensure the distinct ways that might help in
constructing the good career. It has also given me the support by which I have identified the
weakness or some skills which needs to be improved. With the improvement in these skills, I
can make myself professionally strong and enhance my overall understanding regarding the
different sectors of my own education field. A brief action plan has been mentioned below for
all those skills which needs some kind of development. In this action plan, details have been
declared in respect to the key issued which is being confronted by me during this module. It
is important to give attention to all those skills as they are beneficial in formation of future
projects and helps in analyzing the performance of mine in further modules. I have also taken
the reviews and feedbacks of my professors which is important for any students. I make a
proper evaluation on the mistakes which is addressed by my teachers. After the completion of
this module, I have made report which depicts the total activities which are executed by me
during this module and helps me in considerate the necessity of different elements of
academic period and their assistance in bringing the best presentation of the students.
