There might some issues with the use of providing ICT to service users like if
patients are given with telephones near to their bed, it might affect their health as whenever
it would ring, they will become uncomfortable as well as would not be able to sleep. Thus, it
can be said that ICT may prove to be dangerous for the health of patients who are admitted
in hospitals (Tseng, 2010).
3.2 Analyzing the advantages of using above ICT software for service
users, for care workers and for organizations
At the time when service user gets discharged from the health
services and when he goes back to the local practitioner of his area, the
computerized details that he is having through ICT software prove to be
very helpful that can be retrieved from the system (Srinivasan, 2013). Also,
it has become easier for the care workers to find the places for patients in
different catchment areas quickly through internet.

As there is continuous progress in the field of information
technology as well as in health and social care, it has become essential
for firms to make use of software packages so as to deal with the
reports like for the purpose of updating, printing, referring, retrieving
as well as storing (Moss, 2012).
