modern world. The present report is formulating research proposal on benefits
of information and communication technology on consumer decision making
in travel and tourism sector of United Kingdom. This will be stating full
research project on basis of Chillisauce Limited which is and event
management organisation. In the same series, it will articulate about
implementation of research project with agreed procedure related to its
specification. This report will perform appropriate evaluation of research
outcome with interpretations and recommendations as well. Lastly, this will
be concluding this project on basis of ICT in Chillisauce Limited.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Aims: To identify advantages of information and communication technology
on basis of operations of event management in Travel and tourism industry of
UK with context to Chillisauce Ltd.

To assess benefits of Information and Communication technology
To identify major operations of event management in travel and tourism
industry.
To determine impact of Information and communication technology on
operations of UK's travel and tourism industry.
Event management in travel and tourism industry

is referred as very widespread activity whose objective is to connecting and
messaging people. The management of events could be directly initiated at
both global and local level and create and organize conventions, festivals,
meetings along with various other large-scale events. However, events areas is
very wide as it considers dates, sports events, meetings, charity events, parties,
conferences and various other communication of people.

technologies are having transformational role in UK's travel and tourism
industry. The leaders of industry believed that digital technology is changing
