Reflection
Description: what happened?
This course has been one of the greatest experience that is had in recent years. The main
reason behind the course holding such high importance in my carrier is because the learning
process that was provided was very efficient and the topics that were stated were very much
important in the regular life commencement and gaining a proper carrier oriented learning
experience. I have learnt the processing of information regarding the ICT module. I have also
learnt regarding the terminologies that are required for becoming a professional in the field of the
ICT. I have learnt about the processes that are related with the project fails. I have also learnt
regarding the processing of the importance of the PM. I have learnt about the factors that leads to
success in the project commencement process. I have also learnt the processing of the triple
constraint of iron triangle. Ethics related knowledge was also gained by me. All these knowledge
were gained by me in the 1st week itself. In the beginning of the 2nd week I was learning the
processes regarding the legal design that must be implemented. I have also learnt regarding the
processing of the starting of the project. I also got accustomed with the strategy and tools. The
tools that were taught to me includes SWOT, PESTLE and BCG Matrix. I also learnt the
functional processing of the business case implementation. I learnt the functional processing of
the organizational structure that will be important in the functioning process of the key project
roles and the processing of the PPSO was also taught in the process. In Week 3 I was learning
about the different types of the development lifecycle models that finds there usage in the
completion of the project. Proper description of the waterfall and the spiral model will also be
provided. Proper understanding of the spiral method has been one of the major learning that I
learnt in this week. I also learnt about the traditional and structured dev approaches as per the sys

devices. Proper learning of the listing and the describing of the common factors as per the agile
approaches has been one of the major aspects of the week’s learning. I have also learnt the
suitable approach that has a particular system. In the 4th week I have learnt about the stages of
general process model. This will help in having a better look out as per the commencing of the
data managing in the week. I have also learnt about the work and product breakdown structure. I
have also learnt about the dependencies. I have also learnt about the network diagram. I have
also learnt about the process of implementing the critical path. Hence a proper learning regarding
the project management tool is also provided. I have also understood the reason why estimation
process is different and difficult. I have also learnt about the estimating methods that can be
implemented in the processing of the project management. Practical tips that are important in the
processing of the improving the quality of the estimation was also learnt by me. In week 5 I
learnt about the difference in between the effort that was provided and the elapsed time. I also
learnt preparing Gantt chart as per the creation of the network diagram. I also learnt the
processes of creation of project milestones. This helps in proper estimating the functional
process. I have also learnt about the creation of the bar chart and the milestones of the resource
requirements. I have also learnt of providing headings and comprehensive planning process. In
the week 6 I learnt about the intellectual property of the project management. I have also learnt
about the sprint retrospective. In week 7 I learnt about the measuring of the project progress
measures. I have also learnt about the techniques that are required in preparing of the time sheets.
I have gained a proper understanding of the quality control review processes. I have also learnt
about the generic models that processes the management of the controlling project work. I have
also understood the functioning of the receive reports. I have a proper understanding of the
progress reports. I have also learnt about the structure of the progress report representation. In

week 8 I was learning about the organizations has been investing in the IS. I have also learnt the
aspect that the description of the different phases were understood. This is one of the major
aspect that the management of the phase changes were understood. Different values of the
organizational cultures were also stated in the course. I have also learnt about the 5 key tasks that
has been performing the processing of the preparing of changes will be taken into consideration.
In case the management of the simple communication model has been one of the major learning
process of the summarizing reasons. Proper emphasizing of the characters of the successful
project has been performed.
Feelings: what were you thinking and feeling?
I feel that one of the main aspect that must be taken into consideration is that the
management of the functioning process will get better as I have been learning about the different
aspects of the project management system. With the help of the proper understanding of the
project management system the main advantage that will be gained includes the fact that the
proper maintaining of the carrier based jobs can be performed. This is one of the main reason
that the processing of the data management has been gaining better and hence I feel this will help
me in future. Carrier goals will be received. This is one of the major reason I feel that this course
will be helping me in reaching the goals that I have set for myself. This is one of the main reason
that the functional process of the data management will get performed and hence I think that this
course will be of high help to me in the project completion process. Another thing that I feel is
that the structuring of the course structure is very efficient. In case the structure of the entire
course was not this good it would have been difficult in understanding of the project completion
phase. This will ensure that the management of the entire grouping will be performed as per the
execution of the course. In case the structuring of the course was inefficient the knowledge that I

gained would have been impossible without this proper infrastructural data transaction. The
faculty involved in this process were also very efficient and hence the processing of the data
management got better and hence this course helped me in getting better. This is one of the major
reason that the functional process of the data that was gained gets utilised in proper manner.
Evaluation: what was good and bad about the experience? What went well and what
difficulties did you encounter?
The experience that I had during the commencement of the course. The main advantage
that was gained in this process ensures that the learning process that is gained in the management
of the project will get better. This is one of the main aspect that helps in better understanding of
the terminologies of project management. In case of processing of the project management, it
will help in bettering of the data management system and provide me a curve in the
commencement of the project commencement process.
The aspects that went well includes the fact that the structuring of the course was well
maintained. With the help of the proper structuring of the course the data that were gained in the
functional process will help in better management of the data distribution process. With the help
of the proper distribution of data the main aspect that will be gained includes the fact that
implementation of the data set will help in gaining an advantage in the processing of the
implementation of the project management. This is one of the major reason that commencing of
the project will get functional and will be performed as per the knowledge management. The
main issue that I was facing was that the basic terminologies were not clear to me and hence the
management of the data processing of the data segmentation was getting difficult for me. As I
was not having a proper understanding of the basic terminologies, I was facing issues in the
initial stages. But after starting to commence the course this issue of mine was resolved.

Analysis: what sense can you make of the situation?
The analysis that I can be performed imbibes the fact that the management of the data has
been done in a perfect manner. This insists the fact that the commencement of the project was a
success to me.
Conclusion: what else could you have done?
The only thing I feel could have been done is that practical exposure must be provided to
the students who has enrolled themselves in the course. The main focus of the course was to
accustom the student with the analytic tools. The main concern that was gained includes the fact
that the management of the learnings that were performed could not be tested in a proper
manner. With the help of the theoretical knowledge the basic terminologies were clear but the
main issue that was present includes the fact that proper understanding of the implementation of
the data could have been tested. This would have been providing better experience to the
students of the course. With the help of the practical knowledge the students would have been
career ready and the opportunities that would have come their way could have been taken by
them with higher ease. Another advantage that would have been performed includes the fact that
the student will be having an experience certificate. This experience certificate will act as a main
reason that would have created more opportunities to the students who had enrolled them in the
course.
Action plan: how would you apply this learning in future study or employment?
This learning process will be helping me in future. The main reason that this course will
be helping me in the future is that the knowledge that I have gained in this course is completely
industry based. I have a proper understanding of the basic terminologies that will be required for
completion of projects. With the help of the understanding the theoretical aspect of the project

management system the main aspect that will be taken into consideration is proper understanding
of the project planning can be performed. Another advantage that will be gained is that the
learning is not centralised to any particular field. Hence this will help in gaining access to the
data management and project management related jobs in all the fields. This increases the scope
of getting into a better job. Options that will be available in the placement section will be vivid in
nature. This will help me in having a better career. This is one of the main aspect ensures the fact
that the processing of the data management techniques has got better. The techniques that have
been taught in this process has been one of the main aspect have been one of the major benfits of
completing the course.

It has been quite an experience completing this course I have faced many ups and downs
during completion of the project. Despite the constant ups and downs in this period I have been
having a better understanding of the prospect of the project management terminologies. With the
help of sustaining in the course for over 8 weeks have been an achievement for me. The amount
of knowledge that I have gained in this 8 weeks is enormous and hence proper management of
the data management system had affected the chances of creation of the job vacancy.
