used by individual for living happy and prosperous life (Ellis and Loveless, 2013). This has
made work easy and simple and can be perform at any place and times for better results. This
report has covered about important of ICT in our daily lives along with diagram presentations of
different data.

The impact of ICT on our daily lives
Information Communication Technology (ICT) is used in different industries from
marketing and telecom to education. The increase in ICT is expected to surge $6 trillion by 2022.
This has changed way of doing business and communication with people. In 21st century, ICT is
most required for all types of business, organisation for achievement of better results. It has
provide advantages in terms of cost effectiveness, proper communication, bridging cultural gap,
increase in employment opportunities, improving education and others. ICT is playing important
role in the global market because of rise in information age era (IMPORTANCE OF
INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) IN OUR DAILY LIFE,
2019). The organisation can make business easier with supplier, client and distributor which is
very important in our daily lives. ICT has greatly impact in our daily lives to make it more better
and easier. For example, individual can read newspaper online at any time and place, they can
connect with family, relative and colleagues through video calling, yahoo messenger, video
conference and others. ICT has brought economic development by enabling millions of
transactions to be happen in fast and easy way. This is regarded as economic development pillar
for gaining competitive advantages. This is improving human life by providing education and
learning media through online channels. ICT has become integral part of individual life and
become functional requirement for social, personal and people work lives. This teaches society
people to become skilled and knowledgeable for using communication and updated devices and
technology. In this way, ICT has become part of people's live and impact their operation and

From the above report, it can be concluded that ICT has plays an effective role in
