INTRODUCTION
Information and communication technology includes all the advance techniques that must
be consider within a business or daily lives. The report highlights the importance of ICT by
considering its positive and negative outcomes.

Impact of ICT
ICT plays an important role such that it replace slow paper based administrative activities with
efficient and fast activities. ICT has positive impact upon education sector such that it encourage
students to take participation in studies and provide high quality standards simulation for
demonstrations (Martínez Rivera and Duță, 2015). For example, teacher started providing e-
learning books to their students. ICT is also used in environmental monitoring of projects in
order to improve standard of living among population. As a result, it develop cognitive skills
among individuals and may research their own. Not only this, it also helps in growth of business
such that it will help to attract wide range of customers (Lang, Craig and Egan, 2016).
On the other side, it is also analyses that ICT also have its own negative impact such that
it leads to decrease human manpower and as a result, people have to loss job because of using
advance technologies (Noor, 2017). For example, manual operations are actually replaced by
operating cost because it is lower in rates and saves time with money. But actually it leads to
decrease economic growth in opposite way.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above, it has been concluded that ICT change lives in completely
opposite way such that it develop IT skills and in the same time, it also affect human manpower
in opposite way. But, ICT enhance overall quality of standards and provide better world for
tomorrow.
