Executive Summary
The discussion in this report primarily puts focus on the description of the ICT systems at
Ransford College. The college is planning for a procurement of computing materials that need to
be implemented within the college based on increasing the efficiency of learning and teaching
process. The project discusses about the needs of human resource, the concerned tasks and
timeframes based on the completion of the project within the estimated time period. The further

Feasibility Study
1. Description of the ICT Systems Solution
The Ransford College is expanding their platform and thus focuses on the instalment of
computers within the classrooms. The current ICT based system solution is based on installing
such systems solution that would perform at high speed and thus increasing the productivity of
the organisation. The Graduate Diploma program based on Information Technology has been
described as the efficient way of imparting training to the students. This can be also be described
as a powerful system that would be the primary attraction of the college and more students would
get admission to the college.
2. Human Resource Needs
The human Resource needs of the organisation include the following conditions to be met
within the proper time interval. The human resource needs include that the budget of procuring
of the components should be limited within a budget of $ 100,000 and the timeframe for the
project is fixed within 6 months.

4. Recommendations
Based on the discussion from the above report, it could be recommended that the ICT
systems should be properly procured before installing them within the college environment. The
new changes that would be made within the environment should be properly tested before
installing them. The benefits based on the installation of the computing systems should be
properly understood and then the college administration should think of proper measures in order
to procure them.
Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)
1. Goals and Objectives of the Project
The goals of Ransford include providing the best form of ICT based learning experience
for the students. They also plan to implement new areas of leaning in order to gain the attention
of students and thus incur profits for the organisation.

The stakeholders involved within the project are college administration, project manager,
ICT specialists and computer equipment supplier.

The entire budget of the project was estimated at $ 100,000. However, the project has
been completed at $ 93,100.

4. Benefits
With the procurement of materials, the college would be benefited as this new
educational system would put a major impact over the education system. The college would be
able to impart e-learning systems within the educational scenario. They have also planned for the
inclusion of a Graduate Diploma program based on Information Technology. This new education
system would attract different students and they would be able to join the college. This would
further help in the generation of profits and also lead to an increase in the annual revenue.
5. Comparison between costs and benefits
Based on the estimated costs before the procuring of materials, it has been seen that the
project has been completed within the appropriate budget. This has saved a portion of the
sanctioned budget. This money could be saved for the future maintenance works of the
computing systems. Based on the listed costs, it has been seen that there would be a rise of
benefits towards the organisation.
