is one of the important devise in manner to economic development and business growth
(Rangone and Paolone, 2018). This is one of the social networking website which have effective
communication on regular basis. In addition to this, it can be said that modern information and
communication technologies have created the global village. The present assignment has covered
the outline of business activities as Mark & Spenser. The good communication will be helpful to
develop new sales channels in order to satisfy the customer in retail sector. In addition to this, it
will be inclusive of things as are role of ICT, impact, evaluation etc. The main aim is to have
systematic operation so that firm is able to earn the large amount of profitability (Minelli and
Ruffini, 2018).

Rational for choosing this project
To conduct this research it is essential to have personal interest in this area. The
communication plays factor plays the vital role in order to being the success to the enterprise. I
will use the mode of communication which will develop the good sense of knowledge with the

activities of Mark & Spenser. The researcher will help me to develop my skills in order to have
depth understanding. I am willing to develop my career in managing activities of business
successfully. In this way, I need to have the use of communication strategies so that function of
firm can be carried out effectively. In this way, I will get to know the implication of Information
technologies on the key operation of Mark & Spenser.
2. Literature review
The technological advancement as ICT is very essential in order to run activities of firm
in efficient mode. This kind of technology is helpful in order to have smooth flow of business

information will be helpful to carried out each thing effectively. Thus, it can be said that from the
pas time the uses of information technology are very helpful in order to conduct the activities of
the firm which gives conventional modes of business with the innovative technological tools. In
addition to this, the firm need to take out these activities in order to have increment in the
efficiency of firms. As per the view of (Curtis and Kelly, 2018) business enterprise are
maximising the advantages of commercial by making the right use of tools. This is helpful in
order to have the use of online techniques so that process of things can be done effectively.
According to the view of (Wijaya and et.al., 2018) it can be said that the effective
communication process helps the managers of Mark & Spenser in order to carry out each
information systematically so that firm can operate its functioning effectively. As per the view of
