1. I agree with this opinion that employee work on its technical skills rather than soft skills.
According to me, a professional business individual already has some soft skills which are
sufficient to involve but the most important aspect for future growth and development. ICT
professional work on its programming skills in the configuration of networking equipment,
Solve the technical problem and other IT solution. My real-life experience is my colleagues
who work in the technical department. They only focus d towards their programing skills
rather than communication skill. Because they mostly work on their own if they require any
helps, they ask their colleagues in a professional email or group. The effort require in
programming, data structure and networking concept. My friend has now a pleasant
experience of the same subject. She handles their problem by itself rather than asking from
higher authorities. So, According to my ICT professional must develop their programming
skills by their won and from the research. It helps an individual to grow in the same direction
without developing a new relationship in the workplace. Technical skills are demanding skills
in the existing market, which allows an individual for promotion, for a better appraisal from
the organization and new opportunities for a bright future.
2 b. As per my research above paragraph was not identified in the article and the above-
mentioned reference is not appropriate or misconduct according to the paragraph. The reason
behind is that the given paragraph is related to the general way. The given reference
determine the interference technique in machine learning, but the paragraph shows how
machine learning is implemented in the industries such as e-commerce, transport industries.
Hence, the given reference was not supported by the paragraph, so it considers as
misconduct. According to my point of view, this reference must not be cited in the provided
paragraph because it misconduct the given content is not related to the references. I analysed
that CQU has its one policy regarding misconduct or cheating, which is undergone in section
3.19. CQU has its own rules and regulation regarding misconduct activity in the assignment.
In this section, there is a discussion over cheating and misconduct activity. This is considered
an illegal activity.

2.C. I applied re-read strategy in the above activity and other strategies which is online Skim
reading strategy in which helps to identify the given the word. I consider the motive or aim to
found the subject line in the PDF. First, I evaluate what words or sentence I need to e find out
in the PDF file. I go through the complete PDF file, and I am not able to found that words in
the complete file. Skim reading strategy helps me to highlight the document and re-read
strategy helps me to identify if some mistakes I did. It helps me to make my effective reading
strategy. It includes in the soft skills of an individual, and according to my opinion, my
reading skills are very sharp, and I am able to found the relevant topic or sentence in the
provided file.
