The statement that is given which specifies that there is no need to develop the soft skills as
compared to technical skills by the OCT professionals. This is seen that they are related to write
the programs which relate to the development of the information systems, solving the technical
problems and various other related projects. Therefore the statement in my opinion is considered
to be absolutely wrong as this is making the wrong impression. This is seen that the ICT
professionals requires the soft skills at the first instance as this makes their work more
professional. It is seen that the communication skills are required to be followed by them as they
have to deal with the clients on the practical background which leads them to have the most
prominent communication or soft skills. The problem of the client is required to be solved by the
ICT professionals and hence the communication or soft skills plays the prominent role in that
situation. As this is seen in the real work environment where one of the neighbour residing near
my home, he is an IT professional who has the technical job. Hence for the purpose of solving
the issue of the client he has to understand his requirements and has to complete the task
accordingly. So this can be seen that it is not always correct to only work in a manner that they
technical skills should be increased. It is hence important to focus on both technical and soft
skills for the ICT professionals.

b. It is seen that the information that has been taken from the reference cannot be founded in the
paragraph that is given in the question. The reference that is given in the article is about
interference techniques for the Bayesian machine learning and the paragraph above that is
provided here showing the information that is related to the use of the machine in the different
industries in the country. This is seen that the article is not related to the reference that is given
does not relate to each other hence they cannot be used as reference in this. So this is seen that if
this reference is used here then it will lead to academic misconduct. The misconduct policy of
the university has identified in the section 3.19 discusses about the minor examination incident
where there is no allegation for cheating.
c. For the purpose of completing the task that are given in this assignment various reading
strategies were used by me. As the process includes the reading of the references and the
paragraph which has been taken online in the CQU library. Hence the tool in the browser which

enables finding on the whole page is used. This helps in getting the exact reference to the term
that is given above in the assignment. Through this reading and finding procedure the text that is
provided is more analysed and the impact is considered more practically. Also the knowledge
that I already have is taken into consideration so as to achieve the positive return on the
assignment. Hence this is seen that these are the techniques that are used so as to construct the
best knowledge for the assignment.
