Based on Australia, Virtucon established for providing consultancy services in collaboration
with professional IT and high-quality business consultants. The company is specialised in IT

administration. Established in 2013, Globex Corp is the merging outcome between BT &
Sons Farming Equipment and Riverina Precision Farming. The prime location of the
company is in the Riverina Region of NSW and also located in other regions such as Wagga
Wagga, Albury and Griffith. Globex Corp is engaged in offering modern and traditional
technologies to clients for maintaining the profitable position of farming businesses. It is
mainly specialised in precision farming and developing farming equipment. The report will
develop Measurable Organizational Value for the project of Mobile-Based Farmer Support
Application (MBFSA) along with its scope and scope management plan. It will also develop

MBFSA programme aims at assisting farmers in better crop planning every season. The
farmers will get assistance in gaining crucial information and knowledge regarding different
aspects of crop planning through this app. They would get an insight into what crops are
required growing, which are the suitable markets and wholesalers for produce selling, and
how much crops should be grown in a specific season. The main intentions of MBFSA
programme are about assisting farmers in the following ways:

Reduction of crop and other associated losses
Decreasing the issues of overgrowing crops
Possibility reduction of wrong crop growing
The programme of MBFSA would be a collaborative task of different entities including
farmers, Globex Corp, local government and markets & wholesalers. This programme would
