1.1. Project Description
The Globex firm has more than 30 years of experience in business related to agriculture.
The company has embarked on a mission of providing training to the high school students
(TAHS) regarding agricultural business so that the can easily secure a job. For the same, a
computer based system for management of the Training and Apprenticeship program for the high
school students. The project is to develop the computer based system. The project is undertaken
by Virtucon, a client of Globex Corporation.
1.2. Desired Area of Impact
Strategy: The development of the computer based system is likely to manage the
training program more efficiently.
Customer: The system will be beneficial for the customers as it eliminates the need of
any manual record keeping.
Financial: The system is expected to work for the profit of Globex Corporation
Operational: The project is undertaken by Virtucon and is expected to have a high
operational output.
Social: The training program is expected to help the High school students in securing a
good job.
