Question1:
vLearning Solutions Software can certainly be the new area of ICT that can influence as
well as direct my career opportunities. This was released in the year 2012 in the form of a SaaS
plan. Amidst the hype of online learning platforms this emerged to be a supportive factor for the
same. The features of the software such as quick access, easy to consume, self-directed and
modern content formats have been appreciated by the users. This software is accredited by LPI
or Learning and Performance Institute. This has been a game changer in the market supporting
the e-learning environment. This has modernized the way of learning and has met the
expectations of the learners (Darejeh & Salim, 2016). This software provides a framework for
blended, spaced, informal, virtual learning and social all being delivered from a central location.
It extends those learning design possibilities by successfully integrating to YouTube, Twitter,
WebEx and many more such platforms. It has been successful in engaging learners more
effectively than before at the same time driving productivity. Various tools and automation save
both time and money. The design tools offered by the software helps in combining learning
resources and structure them as well (Schuh, Gartzen, Rodenhauser & Marks, 2015). Thus, this
can be said to be appropriate for the environment of e-learning and keeps the potential to capture
the market.
Question 2:
Two skills that I can certainly transfer from my work or life experience to my profession
are working as a team and leadership. Team work is important and the most vital part knows the
art to work in a team. I remember an incident where an urgent order had been received in my
previous company but just one hour before the need of my shift timing. The manager called me
and I was allocated the task but was unhappy as in order to complete the task, I would have to

stay back. The manager understood this and divided the task and telling one of my fellow
colleagues to help me complete it within office hours. We both divided our work and finished in
on time. From this incident, I understood the importance of team work as well as leadership. The
manager showed good traits of leadership and we did a good team work.
