Use Case Name Information System of Scene Brokers
Scenario Scene Brokers wants to make its processes automatic by developing a
website and a mobile app so that the customers can login to the account
and view all the venues that are empty for booking. The management of
Scene Brokers wants to make it business online. The customer needs to
login to the system for which they have to sign up to the system
database by making a payment of $100. After login, the customer can
view the places by providing preferred number of guests who will attend
the occasion. Admin can manage the details of venue and manages the
booking done by the customer. The database administrator also have to
login to the system for accessing the data in the system. There are also
agents who will provide other facilities to Scene Brokers. The agents
confirms the booking made by the customer on preferred date and then
the admin confirms the date to the customer. All the data of the
customer and history of the customer are stored securely by the
database administrator of the system.
Triggering Event The triggering effect of this use case is that the customer can view
different venues in Australia for organizing events with a maximum of
500 guests. The customer, admin, agents, as well as the database
administrator have to login in to the system for viewing the data in the
system.
Brief Description The use case that is shown above shows all the processes that are to be
carried out in Scene Brokers for making an online website page and an
app. The use case helps Scene Brokers to maintain all the processes
within the system. The use case shown above four actors in the system
who are responsible for maintaining the processes in the system. The
