Executive Summary
The Priority Advertising is an organization that provides advertising services for other
firms and also provides them marketing support so that they can make their business
more effective. The organization wants to expand its work with improving their
communication and Networking system so the working can be optimized. The repost is
proposed for improving all the technical aspects and providing the best suggestion for all
the system specification which can run all the required software. The IP address is also
set up for the organization and implementation of different new technologies. Different
machinery equipment is setup and other requirements are also analyzed so the overall
performance can be improved for a system. Implementation of the system is included in
the report with an explanation of how it works. The implementation of the new
improvement in the existing system is found in the research. The information is also
gathered from the interview of the management in the organization which helps to
understand the actual performance of the system.

I. Introduction
The Report is to be present for the company Priority Advertisement which is an advertisement company and
provides advertisement services for other firms which also include services like marketing in different areas.
The company wants to redesign its existing system with the new technologies and methods which can help
them to increase their performance. The company provided best level of services but still needs some changes
in their hardware as the software for their work is not compatible with the existing system. There are some
more changes in the communication and networking scheme. The connectivity needs to be improved so that
the company can implement its plan more effectively so that the tasks can be performed as per the
expectation and customer requirements. The report is presented so the improvement in the pre-existing
design can be done. The system needs more powerful hardware design so the specification is suggested in the
report with the new design of the network (Blake, 2019). The IP address is also suggested for connectivity and
data transmission. The report provides a solution to all the requirements.

ii. Goal and Objective of the Company
Priority Advertisement is an advertising company that provides advertisement services and other marketing-
related support to different firms. The company wants to develop better connectivity and networking support
so that the work can be effective and performance for the company can be improved. The goal is to design the
structure and present it for different parts of the company. Network security is to be provided for all
organizational and sensitive data. The organization wants all the updation in the hardware and software
equipment in the company.
The main objective is to provide the best hardware support for the company and implement a high level of
networking structure. The company does not have the computer systems which can support the required tools
which are used for designing, advertising, marketing, accounting, etc. The company needs to be provided with
the latest technology.

iii. Technical Support required
The company is based on advertisements and marketing schemes which help other firms to grow their
business. The organization is provided with limited support for connectivity and networking work. There are
different hardware and software requirements that need to be fulfilled so that the performance of the
organization can be maintained. The security system for the company is to be provided so the organizational
data can be secure.
Network Design:
The company has low-level communication and network support which reduces the performance of the
company. The Network design is to be developed for providing the best connectivity with improved security.
The Network design included all the devices used for network establishment and security related to data
transmission.
Hardware and software support:
The company contains old devices supported by old hardware and software. The new technologies are to be
implemented in the system so that the performance can be improved. Hardware equipment like high-
resolution monitors, powerful processors, high graphic GPU, more sized memory, etc.
High-speed internet:
The company wants its system must be provided with high-speed internet so that online resources can be
utilized. The good ISP service is to be used so that the company can provide a better experience to the
employees.
Security for data and network:
The company transfers its data over the internet which is needed to be protected by the system. There is also
data related to other firms that need to be protected from fraud and unauthorized access. The company
implemented all the possible services for securing the data.

iv. Methodology
The company needs to have powerful and effective communication system for transferring the data between
different nodes. The methodology is based on the methods implemented for making the system capable to
provide a high level of connectivity and other networking support. All the implementation is based on the
requirements generated by the clients and improving the connection between different nodes in the company.
The Advertisement for any firm needs to be perfect and effective so that the business growth for the other firm
is managed. Priority Advertisement also supports marketing service which required more connectivity with the
clients and good machinery support. For making all the operations possible, the company needs advanced
hardware and software support. The complete requirements are based on the client’s needs and the level of
marketing they need. The structure Networking is implemented for the company so that the communication is
performed in a structured form.

v. Future Plan
As the company Priority Advertisement wants to improve its network connectivity and communication criteria,
so the company needs to use all the latest technology for network design and implement the network security
system. The future work will be based on the improvement in the connectivity and the security for the
organizational data. The new techniques for the security system will be used and each node can be provided
with a secure connection with a server. The monitoring system can be implemented to track each activity over
the network and protect the data from fraud at the time of the attack.

In Priority Advertainment, there are different departments that use the computer system for their work. There

vii. Activity 2
The Company needs a server for supporting the emails and FTP services which is required for communication
purposes. There are different devices used for the following requirements and provide a high level of
performance in the company. The Components included for the server implementation are:
Processor
The processors are the hardware part of the Computer system which processes all the functions of the system.
It takes process the input taken from the user and provides the output on the basis of the given instruction.
The Processor must be enough powerful form supporting the different tasks to be performed on the system
such as connecting the browser with the internet and access all the services available over the server. The
processor can be used form the Intel or AMD. Both manufacturers provide a high level of performance and
support different functionalities. The i5, i7, and i9 are the powerful processor with the 10th generation
architecture provided high-speed processing with the octa-core support. The AMD Ryzen series also provides
similar performance which can be used for designing work. The processor is provided with the 2.8 GHz Clock
Speed which can be up to 4.10 GHz in turbo-boosting. The 10th generation is 3x faster than the old generation.
Memory
The Memory specifies the primary memory which RAM used for storing temporary files. This memory used for
loading all the data and files form secondary to primary memory. The RAM type can be DDR 3 or DDR 4 which
is much faster as compare to old Memory and also, it improves the performance of multi-tasking. The sized for
the RAM used for the system are00 8GB and 16 GB. The memory speed provided with the 400 MHz.
Hard Drive
The Hard Drive provided the storage capacity for the important data which is saved as the permanent form and
these data are saved even after no power supply. The Hard disk Can be in different formats which provided
different speed. HDD and SSD are two types of hard drives that are used for the system. The Capacity of the
Hard drive used for the system in the company is 500 GB to 1 TB HDD and SSD 400 GB is the maximum
requirement. The SSD is faster than the HDD. The transfer speed is about 480 Mb/s.
CD-ROM/DVD
The CD-ROM/DVD is used for reading CD or DVD drives. These drives proved data and other files required for
installation of the different applications. The 8X - 12X CD-ROM is used in the system which gives the speed of
1.2 MB/sec for data transfer rate. The Writing speed is 5.28 MB/s.
Video and Sound Card
The video card is used for providing capabilities to the system for handling high-quality videos or other tools
that required high-quality video support. The video quality is measured on the basis of pixels can be adjusted
per unit are and the Frame per second (FPS). The Video Card provides high FPS support to the system. Nvidia
GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560 is used for the system. Intel HD series is also used in some systems where the
high graphic work is not done. The sound card provides sound quality support for the sound of the system. The
analog signal is converted into a digital signal using the sound card.

Modem and Network Card
The modem provides internet connectivity for the system which helps to access the internet sources. A DSL
modem is used which provide the download speed up to 10 MB/s speed to all the system. The Modem used for
the connectivity is of D-Link company which provide one of the best services and product. Network Card is
used for supporting the network connectivity for the system. The Network card Terabyte mini GHz wireless
WIFI Dongle with a speed of 600 Mbps is used for Network support.
Operating System
The operating system used in the system is Windows 10 and Linux. Linux is used for providing more security.
The operating system is used for performing all the talk on the machine. It maintains the working and manages
the compatibility between the software and hardware components. The 64 -bit OS is used for the Computer
Machine.
Monitor
The monitors are used for displaying all the things in visual form. The Monitor is used for visualizing all the
activities related to the computer system. 13 inches and more monitors are used with the resolution of 1920 x
1080 pixels. The IPs display provide more clarity so, IPS displays are used for all monitors.
Printers
Leaser printers are used for printing the documents and scanning the important files. HP printers are used
which have the speed of printing 11.2 pages per minute. The scanning time is also good. The resolution it prints
is 2400 DPI.
Speakers
Speakers provide the sound as output by using signals as an input. The 2.0 speaker of brand Sony are used for
providing good quality sound.
Internet Connectivity
Internet Connectivity is important for every system as most of the work is based on internet resources. The
LAN connection is provided for all system and the Broadband connection is used. Both Wireless and Ethernet
connection is provided as some device need the WIFI connectivity.
