Introduction:
The main aim of this report is associated with providing a brief overview of the
application of the intelligence system for the various services which are provided by the
government of the United Nations. In addition to this the report would also be associated with
providing an overview of the various kind of benefits that are put forward after the EIA RA or
the Enterprise Information Architecture Reference Architecture and the Enterprise Design
application for the purpose of developing the national E-government system (Niemi and Pekkola
2017). The current system would be associated with offering in having a better insight of the
dimension towards the maintenance of the citizen centric design and this in turn would be
helping in reviewing of the functions of the government as well from outside. The new system
would be also responsible for providing of the common infrastructure as well as interoperability
which would be helping in making sure of the fact that there exists a better encouragement
towards the people of citizen, the report is also associated with focusing upon the discussion of
the intelligent enterprise design which would be helping the government in implementation of a
system which would be much more better.
The concept of the e-government would be very much helpful in the process of delivering
a better service by the government which would be done by means of having a better
communication. For all this reason it is very much important to make use of the different
emerging as well as innovative technology within the government systems so as to make sure of
the fact that communication with the government becomes much easier (Sanchez-Puchol, Pastor-
Collado and Borrell 2017). The analysis of the entire evolution should be focused upon properly
which in turn would be helping the process of explaining the benefits would become much easy.

Intelligent Enterprise Design:
The organization is having the vision of developing an intelligent e-government system
which would be helping in making sure of the fact that a connectivity is being maintained and
along with this the entire implementation would be helping in the entire system to get enhanced
as well (Masuda and Viswanathan 2019). For this reason the main aim is associated with
including the generation of the system which would be beneficial for the United Nations
government and would also be helping in handling of all the processes which are seen to be
taking place inside the system. Besides all this the system which is to be developed would also
be associated with providing of a better channel for the citizens so as to communicate with the
government and would also be responsible for the formulation of better rules which would be
helping in enhancement of the different functions.
The adaptation of the facility of intelligence for the purpose of incorporation of some of
the advance functionalities would be facilitated and this is seen to be done with the vision of
improving all the services (Giachetti 2016). There exists numerous crisis which have been
identified and it was seen that those crisis were associated with having an impact upon the
services that were provided by the government. This crisis are initially responsible for the
incorporation of some of the characteristics along with the capabilities which mainly includes the
facilitation of the development of the customer centric system along with common
interoperability and infrastructure, collaborative services and the business operations as well as
having an concentration upon the social inclusion (Dang and Pekkola 2017). The development
and incorporation of the citizen centric system for the purpose of representing the facilitation of
this type of government system would be helping the government authorities in understanding
the field of crisis from the view point of requirements and expectations that the citizens are

having. Incorporation of the concept would also be helping in the adaptation of the processes
which would be associated with facilitating the decision making process by considering the view
point of the citizens as well (Alwadain et al. 2016). In addition to this, the reason which lies
behind the incorporation is the concept of common infrastructure and interoperability towards
the e-government system which is to be developed and make the system capable of sharing the
information within the organization.
All this turn would be responsible for the providing of facility related to the
interoperability and would be responsible for helping the government in in building up of a
common infrastructure which would be standardized in nature (Green 2016). In addition to the
purpose for suggesting this incorporation includes the aspects of collaborative services along
with the business operations and the reason for this is the demands of the connected government
related to the collaboration of the several ministers and the other agencies. The interoperability
implementation is associated with making demands related to collaboration of the authorities and
for this reason the systems needs to collaborate with one another for the purpose of reducing the
overlapping of the services along with limiting the control power that the authorities are having.
Followed by the above discussed capabilities the United Nations Government would also be
capable of expressing their interest towards the including of the social aspects into the approach
of the UN government (Banaeianjahromi and Smolander 2016). The concept related to social
inclusion is associated with including the ability of including the government along with the
citizens so as to provide a better service form the government. Along with the above stated
aspects there also exists some other aspects which is associated with including the application of
the advance technologies into the government services so as to develop the new e-government
system.

6SYSTEM AND DATA INTEGRATION
For the purpose of elaborating the advantages associated with the utilization of the
intelligent information architecture there exists two major areas which needs to be focused upon
and this would be helping in understanding the entire process of implementation of the new and
advanced technologies which would be helping the United Nations in overcoming the limitations
which are faced by the traditional working services of the government system. The two major
focus areas have been listed below:
Information sources:
The reason lying behind the anticipation and the shaping of the entire reporting is
associated with including the various kind of data which can be utilized as an actionable data
(Noran and Bernus 2017). As per the requirements of incorporating the idea of the advanced
technologies into the government service models would be responsible for bringing a lot of
benefits than the traditional government services. Collection of the data would be done from the
internal sources as well as from the unstructured data and the instrumental data. But despite of
this the main reason which lies behind the obtaining of the actionable data is that it helps in
enlargement of the functions which are related to the business. Additionally the actionable data is
also associated with helping in the better shaping of the data so as to make sure that the data that
is being developed is useful in nature and this data in turn is seen to be used at the time taking
decisions (Whittle and Myrick 2016). The reason lying behind the development of the process is
for the purpose of analyzing the different types of data and the process involves the obtaining of
several information which would having numerous actionable data. Contrarily the main aim
lying behind the conducting of the historical reporting includes the offering of better ways for the
gathering of internal information which are related to the transaction systems. This historical
reports are in turn helpful in the sorting of the data in an effective way so as to include the past

status as well as the time that is required for the completion of specific tasks. The data which are
seen to be associated with the system is associated with including the data which are being used
for the purpose of drawing up of the results (Julia, Kurt and Ulf 2018). This data are generally
used for the purpose of providing specific results for the organization. The different kind of
benefits which are provided by the actionable data is associated with involving an enhance
performance of the organization.
Processing:
The anticipation and shaping the data processing has been done on a real-time basis and
the data regarding the current business situation is collected so as to help a lot in providing of
better decisions for the government. Large set of database would be analyzed in the processes
which are involved in the historical reporting. The past snapshots of the database would be
created which would be helping in further analysis of the data sets (Perez-Castillo et al. 2019).
There also exists other benefits which are gained from the real-time processing and this includes
the improvement of the services, solving of the errors which are faced by the organization,
detection of the frauds and lastly the saving of time as well cost.
Enterprise Information Architecture Reference Architecture:
The United Nations Government is aimed at development of an e-government system
which would be consisting of the capabilities stated above for the purpose of improving the work
in an effective way. The EIA RA or the Enterprise Reference Architecture has been used and this
implementation would be associated with putting forward of the major benefits (Higman et al.
2018). For all this reason it is suggested to select the best information architecture so as to help
the organization in the overcoming of various kind of difficult situations. Besides this it is also
very essential to maintain a proper security as well which in turn would be acting as a greater

concern and the reason behind this is that it would be helping in providing of better safety of the
data. The EIA RA would be associated with providing an extensive architecture which would be
helping in providing of a better as well as mutual architecture and this would be helpful in
understanding of the organizations overall perception. A corporate model would be provided
which would be helping in making sure of the fact that an effective evaluation of the extensive
data framework is maintained by the UN government (Zimmermann et al. 2018). The new
system implementation is likely to bring a simplified architecture which would be helping in
providing of a better access over the information which would be stored in the governments’
database. Proper organizational services would be developed along with providing of better
standards which would be helpful in the process of analysis of the activities performed within the
system. Some of the major benefits have been listed below:
The EIA implementation would be helping in the maintenance of the accurate data in an easy
way as well as the operational data and is responsible for providing of a simplified
maintenance of the data.
A better productivity is offered by the EIA than any other components along with a better
process for effective management of the activities.
EIA is responsible for providing of a better way of data sharing which is promoted by the
reduction of the data redundancy rate. This redundancy would be helping in maintenance of
the data at minimum cost (Jusuf and Kurnia 2017).
EIA would be also responsible for the offering of an integrated way of management of the
data which is acquired and the data which is stored in the organization would be mapped in a
logical way so as to provide a better model along with physical data.

Recommendations:
The EIA RA is mainly associated with providing of an effective way of communication
which would be existing between the citizens as well as the UN government. Along with the
benefits offered by the e-government system there are several drawbacks which needs to be
addressed and one of the major challenge that is faced is the security related risks. So it is
recommended that the developer should be aware of the various kind of the security factors and
should implement specific security measures so as to tackle the challenges. Besides this it is also
recommended to design a system which would be less complex so as to make it easy to use for
the citizens as well as the government authorities.
Conclusion:
The above report helps in concluding to the fact that the entire decision related to the
structuring of the e-government system by the government authorities of UN would be
associated with bringing a lot of benefits which in turn would be surely associated with bringing
a lot of efficiency in the work by the government. The entire analysis is associated with bringing
a lot of benefits along with disadvantages and the challenges which are to be faced should be
removed with the highest priority. Besides this while developing the e-government system it is
always to be kept in mind that a system is being developed which would be easy to use along
with having easy modification capability so as to include the new innovative technologies
whenever needed.
