Currently I am studying Master of business information system. This is kind of course
that prepares the careers in the system design, management and planning, as well as
management of information and knowledge. From this course I am gaining the expertise for
designing the solutions for solving the problems of business information as well as for
offering the guidance that is strategic to the organizations which can enhance the
management as well as the governance. The main goal for studying this course is, as an
MBIS graduate in future I may find a job such as systems analyst, business analyst, project
leader, consultant, information management specialist, IT manager, librarian or even
archivist. This course is one of the most highly flexible courses, the structure of the courses
opens up a variety for the career opportunities. I have chosen this study because this will help
me for developing leadership and technical capabilities for preparing myself for the
challenging positions in the government and the business organisations. This course will also
help me to grow the social and ethical responsibilities for the professional life. This course
has also help me to improve my skills from the combination of the IT and business studies,
this study program has been designed for producing the social and ethical responsibilities for
the professionalism, this course will also help me to improve my leadership and technical
capabilities, innovation in professional practices, effective communication skills and lastly
organisational and strategic skills. This course has totally change my life, my skills and most
importantly this course has helped me a lot to grow my professional skills and personality.

The course was designed very well and I found the course so interesting. The reading
materials were so simple and informative but required a bit of probing and thinking. I enjoyed
the course so much, it gave me knowledge and confidence to start my own business. While

there a number of roles, there are a number of primary responsibilities of several
professionals of the security of IT as well. There are some of the essential responsibilities or
rather the primary responsibilities of ICT professionals which are needed to be accomplished.
All the professionals are required to be updated with an advanced knowledge of technology
as well as skills together with the mind-set for working in a total team towards the
achievement of an idea security of information. For some of the people, a professional mainly
means doing a proper job and dressing smartly at work. On the other hand, for some other
people, professional mainly means possessing very much highly advanced degrees or some
other certificates which have been framed as well as hung on the wall of the office. But as per
my view, professionalism will be mainly involving or rather encompassing all of such
definitions. I have learnt a lot of things from the course, as The university offered me an
excellent opportunity of learning to work in my own space but with on time support. The
online quizzes were so good to check my understanding. I found that my guide was so
encouraging and gave clear feedback always also sent my assessment back promptly. I was
so happy because, the course was so flexible even if someone moved to a different location or
country will be able to continue the course. The course was so valuable and kept me focused
always and the content was excellent but one of the bad experience was no physical
interaction with guide as well as you cannot even interact with the students to. Sometimes it
felt too boring. There was lack of direct explanation and assistance from guide. I wish if I had
a bit more time to learn more. I had a tendency to go off but the course structure kept me on
track. It can be challenging to submit assignments electronically and need own computer and
an active internet connection. Thus the conclusion is I am expanding the knowledge that I
gained I am using that in everyday life. The course helped me in practical things. For opting
the new courses in the future, I may choose different courses that can enhance my skills. The

course was value for money. I really enjoyed the course. The course covered all the aspects
that I was interested in most.
Key roles and responsibilities of ICT professionals
Professionals who will be taking responsibility for the protection of networks, systems of
computer and the infrastructure are mainly the professionals of IT security. Some of the roles
will be involving the administrators of systems, security officers of the network, engineers of
information security, security engineers of application, managers of network and so on. These
are some of the very few of all the primary roles for all the professionals of IT security and
much more roles are seen to be added as full new ways for the protection against the
evolution of several cyber threats. While there a number of roles, there are a number of
primary responsibilities of several professionals of the security of IT as well. There are some
of the essential responsibilities or rather the primary responsibilities of ICT professionals

be arising related to privacy. There a number of moral reasons for the protection of data
which are very much personal. Some of them involves the protection from harm, inequality in
information, discrimination or injustice to information and the encroachment upon autonomy
based upon morality. It has been seen that there is a huge impact upon the information
technology upon privacy. The particular sections which are observing the greatest impact are
internet, social media, devices of mobile, the IoT, e-government and Big Data. It is also to be
known that the technology of information possesses with the capability of solving a number
of concerns related to privacy itself by utilizing a number of methods of design, technologies
which are privacy enhancing, cryptography, management of identity, privacy understanding
and technologies which are emerging.
Professionalism
As per my view, professionalism is considered to be one of the essential factors which is
very much needed for bringing in success. It is very much important to be professional if I
want to be successful. For some of the people, a professional mainly means doing a proper
job and dressing smartly at work. On the other hand, for some other people, professional
mainly means possessing very much highly advanced degrees or some other certificates

 Integrity and Honesty-All professionals must be exhibiting a huge number of qualities

accountable for all of their individual thoughts, actions as well as words mainly when the
university will be making mistake.
Professionalism can be exhibited by possessing with a number of strategies like:
 Building of expertise- A particular commitment must be made for building expertise and
for staying updated and up to date with the industry.
 Development of emotional intelligence- For improving the professionalism, it is very
much important to focus upon the development of emotional intelligence by listening
actively as well as observing what is actually happening.
 Commitment’s honoring- All commitments which are made involving a number of
promises to colleagues, clients or rather boss must be kept. No excuses are to be made
and instead of that all the expectations are to be made as best as any professional can and
