1. Introduction
The Ransford is in their primary stages for the development of an ICT based environment
within the college premises. The impacts of ICT and the possible areas in which ICT based
education would be able to impact and put benefit for the organisation have been discussed. This
report thus puts focus on the appropriate number of technical devices that would be incurred
within the organisation. It also discusses the budget for completing the project and mentions the
time frame under which the project would reach to the final stages.

2.4 Top Choice of Hardware
The choice of hardware components include - Lenovo Ideapad 330, Lenovo Ideacentre
51OS-08IKL and EGATE i9 LED Projector.
2.5 Review
Lenovo Ideapad 330 - Based on the review of the product, I have been able to conclude
that this laptop would suit the needs of the trainer. They would be impart efficient form of
training with the help of the laptop. The trainer would also be able to install the latest software
applications that would be needed during the training sessions.
Lenovo Ideacentre 51OS-08IKL - The desktop is new to the market and would be able
to suffice to the increasing needs of the students and college. The student would need to make
use of the latest kind of softwares that would be taught in the class. Thus, this laptop would suit

EGATE i9 LED Projector - This projector is extremely sturdy and would provide the
needed services. This product would be able to meet the demands of the college would be

Based on the evaluation of the above systems, it could be identified that the risks that

3. Conclusion
Based on the discussion from the above report, it could be concluded that the different
plans for the inclusion of hardware and software components should strictly adhere to the rules
and norms of the industry. They should be strictly followed in order to provide the best kind of
components to the educational system. This report thus discusses about the latest kind of
software components that would be used within the industry. It also discusses about the different
suppliers who would be responsible for providing of the service.
4. Recommendations
Based on the conclusions drawn from the report, it could be concluded that the risks that
mainly approach within the systems should be strictly removed from the systems. The
approached risks could be mitigated from the system by completely removing them from the
scenario. These ICT specialists would hold the responsibility to take care of the entire system
procedures. This would be necessary for ensuring that the systems would function properly and
the goals of the education system would also be achieved.
